Myelofibrosis Natural interventions
I was diagnosed with myelofibrosis in 2011. This is said to be incurable. However, I and a number of others on Cancer Compass have been improving our figures by taking very high doses of vitamin C and (care) selenium amongst other supplements. I have taken no medications for this at all. Two weeks ago

Runny nose days before lap?!
Hey guys, so my lap is Friday and ofcourse I have a runny nose. No cold for over a year and a half and I get hit with blocked/runny nose literally days before. I’m overdosing in vitamin c and taking paracetamol - at what point will they delay the op? Like when I start cough etc? I’ve been waiting since

New on this forum and newly diagnosed with osteoporosis, advice please
I recieved a letter from the hospital detailing a 12% risk following a DXA scan which I thought sounded low risk but the GP told me I have osteoporosis via a telephone call. I've booked a face to face appointment in a few week's time. I was sent for the scan after 2 falls and ankle fractures and then

Coming Off Statins - Update - December 22, 2017
I'm writing this in February about my last blood test a couple of months ago. I'm always experimenting with my diet to assess its impact on my blood bio-markers. Most recently, prior to my December blood test, I started having 4 squares daily of 70% cocoa dark chocolate (Lindt). For the first time, I

Attempting to Defeat RA Naturally
I was diagnosed with RA last year at 55 years old. My rheumatologist prescribed mobic and methotrexate at a later appointment. I took the mobic till my fingers stayed swollen and my blood pressure stayed elevated. I never took methotrexate because the list of side affects freaked me out. I eventually
