Constant bloating with pelvic pain - please help!
Since then, I've had a cystoscopy to test for interstitial
cystitis
(I don't really have any other symptoms though), and a laparoscopy to test for endometriosis (again, no other symptoms - in fact my cycle is light and sometimes pain free) - both came back clear.

White blood cells in urine?
I was given antibiotics then and there for
cystitis
. They still sent urine off too see what was the cause, however results showed no bacterial growth.

World Congress on Abdominal and Pelvic Pain 2015
Several health professionals and patient representatives attended the workshop at the congress organized by PPSN to update on research in the field. The workshop was very productive and the report will be on the website soon. Participants also attended the main congress presentations on the management

I have been suffering with persistent abdominal pain which has in the past been treated as a uti but in January I managed to see a urologist who upon listening to my tail of woe agreed with me and suggested that I had developed interstitial
cystitis

Burning sensation?? NO treatment has helped
About 4/5 months ago I started to feel a cold/burning/throbbing sensation 'up there', the only way I could describe it was that it felt like it was the beginning of
cystitis

Leaking urine..... :(
I ended up having a cystoscopy which was meant to rule out intersistial
cystitis
, I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder and put on solifenacin and amitriptyline, since the cystoscopy in particular I've been having an issue with smelling strongly of urine and my underwear is often wet even though

Bladder trouble after lap
Since then I've had at least 3 episodes of what seems like
cystitis
. I've been plagued with
cystitis
throughout my adult life so can recognise the symptoms but recent years have seen much fewer episodes (maybe one every 2 years instead of 3 a year).

Newly diagnosed with GCA at 46
I've just started seeing a rheumatologist for suspected RA which seems a bizarre coincidence and was also diagnosed with interstitial
cystitis
earlier this year. I've had Raynauds for approx 20 years too if any of this is relevant.

New- Undiagnosed
Finally which I hadn't thought could be related but may well be is the fact I have had
cystitis
or UTI's for 22 years. I often ignored them and hoped they'd pass but have had antibiotics for them too.

Mirena coil hell!
Finally after finishing the course of antibiotics for the womb infection I now feel like I have the worst
cystitis
ever! Just constant nausea and searing burning pain! The coil has stopped my bleeding for the first time in years but can I really go on like this?

bladder problems after insertion of mirena coil - anyone else?
The only way I can describe the pain is that it feels very similar to
cystitis
. It's very difficult to pass urine I have to force it, and when I am urinating I'm having burning/stinging pain at the very bottom of my stomach, near the top of my bikini line.

Fourth lap, 25 years old, stage 4 endo, interstitial cystitis and adeno.. Mental hugs needed!
I also have interstitial
cystitis
and adeno. I don't really have a question tonight, I am just feeling really down and in pain after the op and just wanted to reach out to the only people who know what I am going through.

Treatment options? GnRH Analogues?
And I've been suffering from recurring
cystitis
for the last 2 years, roughly around 1-2 times a month. After tests on my bladder came back normal they put it down to having endo on my bladder, which has since been confirmed by the lap. Does anyone use the GnRH? Is it worth the symptoms?
