Mirena coil hell!

After the last post where I thought my coil was dislodged, I actually found out I had an infection from having the coil! No wonder I've felt so poorly the last few months! Week after week a new antibiotic for a supposed uti! Finally after finishing the course of antibiotics for the womb infection I now feel like I have the worst cystitis ever! Just constant nausea and searing burning pain!

The coil has stopped my bleeding for the first time in years but can I really go on like this? I just want t taken out its just problem after problem as well as a stone of weight gain in the past 6 months! I just feel like there's no hope I've tried everything! What has everyone else tried after the Korean and did it work?
