7 weeks spotting
I’ve been spotting for 3 weeks now every day. Had a scan yesterday and baby is fine has a heartbeat etc and nurse says don’t worry. However I’ve had fertility treatments and tests for years prior (10 years ttc) and always had low progesterone. I think this is what is causing my bleeding. The nurses and

Is it all over?
Hello, so I guess I'm looking for some advice please! I had my FET on Thursday last week (it was a 5 day double embryo transfer) and today I've started bleeding (it's just light at the moment). I'm on 3 utrogestan pessaries a day plus one lubion injection a day as well as 5 progynova tablets a day. I

FET Lubion starting day 2
Hey Ladies I’ve had a FET today after chemical pregnancy after fresh transfer in May I had a blood test yesterday & Progesterone was on the low side confirmed today so offered 3 pessaries of Cyclogest or Lubion plus pessary. I stupidly thought I’d ordered for tomorrow but it’s not coming Thursday

Prontogest vs intramuscular lubion?
Hello everyone So after a BFN on my recent FET and finding that my progesterone had actually decreased from transfer day- despite being on utrogestan and 2 lubions(!)- my clinic are a bit baffled but suggesting I have two choices: prontogest/oil intramuscular injections or do lubion intramuscular. Apparently

5dp5dt breasts stopped hurting
Hello All, I had my 5day embryos transferred on 2nd August and even though I try so hard not to read into every twinge and cramp I just find it impossible to ignore my body’s signals. Up until last night I had really sore breasts but this morning they definitely hurt less. Also during the night I had

Hashi's & Menopause/HRT - weight loss help!
Hi all, I have Hashimoto's and have been on levo 75mg with combined HRT (oestrogen patch and progesterone pill) for a few years. Had a total hysterectomy almost 2 years ago, but they left my ovaries, due to extensive endo, adenomyosis and fibroids. But I have literally been stuck in limbo since then

HRT and autoimmune thyroiditis
Am about to be prescribed transdermal oestrogen and progesterone tablets. I am 56 y with much crabbines and fatigue. Have also just discovered that I may have Hashimotot's (see my post). How will HRT affect things? Do I not go ahead with it? Thanks.

7dp5dt - progesterone levels have gone down?! And BFN...
Hello everyone,So I've been testing early since my FET (I know, but I've had 4 BFPs on prior transfers from as early as 3dpt and by 5dpt it'salways been very obvious) and apart from some misguided excitement over indent lines and faulty tests, it's been pretty clear that I'm out. I also just got my HCG

Help for follow up appointment
Hi, I just had a call from my clinic to tell me our second round hasn't been susscessful. We are doing private treatment on an NHS clinic. Our first round was in May, they collected 10 eggs, 7 fertilised, and I had a double day 5 transfer. Unfortunately, it ended up in chemical. The second cycle was in

Need some hope!
Hi all, I've had my first frozen 5 day hatching Blastocyst transfer on 24.07. I'm now 7dp5dt and testing negative. I had a chemical with my last fresh transfer and was testing positive from 6dpt. I have quite strong period like cramps and incredibly sore boobs which is probably from the progesterone

IVF medication following chemical pregnancy
Following the 2ww my bhcgs dropped dramatically on Thursday from 165 to 59. it was my first positive test after 5 transfers 😢 I presumed I would stop taking oestrogen and progesterone straight away but my clinic advised to keep taking them until repeat bloods a week later. I have already started reducing

low beta - scared this will be chemical or ectopic
Double FET - faint BFP 6dp5dt, beta came back at 47.4 9dp5dt. Clinic said it was a 50% chance of miscarriage but that they’ve had babies born from these numbers. They won’t retest until 16dp5dt. I’m on 600mg of progesterone, Estrogen and 25mg lubion. I’ve had mild cramps since the transfer but had

FRERs out of stock UK - alternatives?
Hi everyone - having always used FRERs to test and found them reliable, I can't find them in stock online and when I went to Boots their shelves were very sparse of everything but own brand and CBD. The double packs seem have gone completely and the singles now have a very long wait and also quite expensive

Spotting mid cycle after failed FETs anyone?
Hello lovely ladies (and gents), I wonder if you can share some positive experiences of overcoming mid cycle spotting or even some reassurance? Here's a bit of context... I'm awaiting a private hysteroscopy after four failed transfers ( including 1 chemical) with good embryos. I bled/spotted long before

progesterone
girls (UK only sorry!) what has your experience of progesterone testing/supplementation been during a cycle? And can you let me know if nhs or private? Ireland seems to have some private consultants who will take it into consideration but I had thought at least private clinics in UK would too, or at

3rd transfer (2nd FET) and last embryo!! Steroids and clexane!! Success stories please?
hi this is my last embryo from first cycle of IVF after 2 x failed transfers ( 1 x fresh, 2 x FET) My latest consult was really positive and she has decided to throw everything at this. I will be on steroids, clexane, progesterone injections and pessaries and obviously estrogen patches for lining.

Hey everyone - I think I’m out (just waiting on results of confirmatory blood hcg test before stopping my meds). However while still on them I got my progesterone checked at a private lab in Antrim. It’s coming up at 20.6 nmol/l - anyone who’s has theirs checked during tww, what did your doctor say the

surgical menopause
hi! What are your thoughts on including progesterone in your hrt regime if you are in surgical menopause and previously had severe endo? My hysterectomy included endo excision by an endo specialist. Is it necessary?
