I eat better and am now off of pregabablin and hopefully will be able to get off of
crestor
with more exercise and keeping with my new way of eating. I do not know if it was because of my cold or pregabalin that they were so low, but what ever it is, I am glad my platelets have gone up.

Crestor (Rosuvastatin}
Was investigating the effects of
Crestor
and read some of your comments. Was totally surprised and shocked that most of the side effects are like symptoms that I have have been going to my DR. about for the last 5 yrs.

I have terrible pins and needles and burning pains in my hands and arms from taking
Crestor
10mg day. It keeps me awake at night. Is it possible to manage cholesterol adequately without taking statins?

I weaned off of a 30 mg dosage of
Crestor
between February and October of 2016. My last dose of
Crestor
was 5 mg in mid-October, 2016. I just had my blood test yesterday.

Would you believe Shake Weight to away my shoulder pain from statins?
I went from Simviatatin, to
Crestor
, to Lipitor for 2+ years. Depending on my insurance. Then my doctor changed to Atorvistatin. If not for a pharmist who warned me of the serious side effects. I would have continued to suffer in silence. I started experiencing shoulder pain and memory loss.

Shake Weight took my Statin muscle pains away.
I went from Simviatatin, to
Crestor
, to Lipitor for 2+ years, depending on what my insurance is willing to pay for. Then 8 months ago my doctor changed to Atorvistatin. I started experiencing shoulder pain and memory loss.

BIG reduction in cholesterol over 3 months
My Doctor put me on a low 5mg dose of
Crestor
which has not caused me any side effects. I have now had my first blood lipids test done since starting this new regimen - and am VERY pleased to find that my total cholesterol number has reduced by 50% and triglycerides have reduced by 40%.

Familial Hypercholesterolemia? - Maybe, but probably not
I had bypass surgery in March 2015 and was given a cocktail of pills post-surgery, including 40 mg of
Crestor
. After limited success by eliminating red meat and reducing simple carbohydrates, in January of 2016 I decided it was time to make a bold move to get off the drugs.

Non-PCa Prescription Drugs: Statins - Lipophilic or Hydrophilic?
Hydrophilic statins: Pravastatin & Rosuvastatin (
Crestor
) Lipophilic: Lovastatin and Simvastatin are the most lipophilic. Atorvastatin & Cerivastatin less so. I have seen Fluvastatin placed in both categories.

Natural Treatment
Hello to all. I was recently diagnosed with endometrias on both ovaries, endometriosis. I am looking towards natural remedies before attempting prescribed meds. Has anyone tried using systemic enzymes and castor oil packs? Did it relieve pain and/or reduce endometrial tissue?

Castor Oil packs to help fertility?
Like we all do Ive been on google again and found a weird craze of people soaking a cloth in castor oil then putting on their stomach, placing a hotwater bottle on top and laying there for an hour. The theory is that the oil somehow 'fixes and heals' - ive done the hot bottle while doing ivf & believe

So I was diagnosed with Lupus about 2 yrs ago. No symptoms, was feeling fine up until i got a weird rash on my left quad when I was out hiking one afternoon. I was told I had high inflammation. So instead of researching what was wrong with me, I subjected to trying this medication called Hydroxychlorine

Lipitor side effect symptoms
I am now 68 years old and had been on
Crestor
and Lipofen for several years. Didn't equate side effects (Symptoms) with using it. First periodically I would experience mild swelling of my hands and weakness in my arms and legs. Cramps in my calves.
