Few years ago had tests that my GP said were indicative of lupus (abnormal urine sample, elevated serum
creatine
and elevated lupus anti coag) he said if I felt okay to just leave it there… Since 2020 I have felt gradually become more unwell, having developed other health conditions.

I have stage 3B kidney disease with
creatine
of 2.0 and eGFR 36. I'm 74 years old and except for high cholesterol (which I've had all my life) and managing hypertension with Lisinopril, all my blood lab numbers are excellent.

PMR and CK
(
creatine
kinase blood test which shows muscle damage). My CK is only mildly elevated now. It is said that CK is NOT elevated with PMR. My question: has anyone had mildly elevated CK with their PMR? Because it does seem possible my pain might be PMR. Any comments appreciated.

Creatine
: This is a naturally occurring compound that is involved in energy production in cells. Some studies have suggested that supplementation with

It doesn’t rain ..,
That’s what DL said in response to my last post about my recently discovered breast lump that was harmless other than 40 year old calcifications need to been scanned, gout that is in remission and intermittent voice loss I am sure is GERD and have an appointment to see the ENT man. No problems there

Cirrhosis but no change in bloodwork
AST 24, ALT 31, ALP 48, BILI 0.8, INR 1.0, Platelets 219, Albumin 4.7, Ammonia 22 It’s only when they did more specific tests that abnormalities showed up: GGT 80, AFP 7.9, Uric Acid 7.3, A2M 356,
Creatine
kinase 27 The other strange thing is I have plenty of symptoms.
