Back in the saddle again
And by that, I mean the hospital. I was admitted last Friday for high creatin, I had been moving up in numbers, then jumped from 109 to 140 in a week, and my liver numbers jumped also. I get told off for not drinking enough water. And told to come to Addenbrookes. Sadly I have never been a big water

Training advice going forward.
I've recently been considering adding in some
creatine
(any comments or recommendations on this?) Below is my current work out routine - this is the final phase of this 16 week routine that ends with these sets.

kinase= 46u/l; blood magnesium= 0.97mmol/l; ESR = 2mm/h. All the blood count results are right on mid range except for MCH = 31.2, just over by 0.2pg. Most of this I understand to a degree, but GFR calculated MDRD????

Suspect B12 and folate deficiencies.
So, obvious research points to a B12 deficiency and I am currently taking 10,000mcg of B12 (whicn includes Chromium and
Creatine
. I take it in powder form that I let dissolve under my tongue. I haven't noticed any great change yet - been taking it two weeks probably.
