There are different ranges for this in different labs.for eg. one lab says normal is 0.7 to 1.1 some other 1 to 1.4 and another to 1.6

The normal range depends upon the kit that is being used.By rule of thumb anything above 1.5mg% is abnormal.

For people having two kidneys the creatine level should be between 1.00 to 1.2, however for people having a single kidney the range may be upto 1.5.
