Hi Lisa, I would go back to my GP with this. I once did a written summary for a consultant that he said helped. You could try that . Good luck x

I did and they received it yesterday. I got a call in the afternoon and i'very just had an intrinsic factor antibody test this morning, just waiting now so fingers crossed.

For some reason , the normal b12 serum levels have been set unusually low in the UK , compared to medically modern countries who have set the normal b12 serum range much higher . Medicine in the UK is in the dark ages . Get some methylcobalamin active b12 . Holland and Barrett sell B12 Boost spray which goes UNDER your tongue four times a day . Take a couple of t-spoons per day of black strap molasses which contains b6 , iron and trimethylglycine which binds to homocysteine and helps your body to expel it . Beetroot also contains trimethylglycine .Eat raw cabbage and kale for folate intake and get some lecithin granules , which is a good source of choline ( available from most good health food shops ) and put a sprinkle on your meals . Add in some coq10 and omega 3 and in a few weeks you should notice the difference
