IQora. A device to try for help with swallowing difficulties.
If you use a prescribed device such as an oral appliance or
CPAP
, you should consult with your physician whether these treatments can be ceased after training with IQoro.

Sleep apnoea and RLS
About 5 years ago he dismissed me after losing 30 kilos and didn't need the
CPAP
machine any longer as it had improved so much. He wonders if Sleep apnoea has a bearing on my RL.

Cpap for sleep apnea
However at the same time she had her results from her sleep test and was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and the hospital gave her a
cpap
machine. The doctor said it should help with her restless legs too.

At last!! The truth, Yahoo, I now understand what I have to do
She is going to give me another 4-6 weeks, trying the
CPAP
, then she wants to see me, & I might have to go to the hospital for another test, & possibly look at more advanced, stronger help!? She looked at me & smiled, you have a lot of problems, don't you?

3 specialists! Should I be worried?
I am usually seen by 1 NOT 3,no mention was made about bringing anything, like my
CPAP
to adjust or anything, are they probably going to be very tough on the spirometry test or???????

CBD for anxiety and insomnia
Doing ok mostly but extremely lethargic because I don’t get enough sleep even with my
CPAP
. I’m 74 and was otherwise pretty healthy. I appreciate any insight from you. I rarely post but thought I would as I’m so grateful to continue learning from your experiences and knowledge.

Cpap pillow
Hi there. Just wondering if anybody has purchased a Putnams Advanced C Pap pillow. Looks to be just what I’m looking for and gets good reviews ( if they’re real). It’s very expensive and don’t want to waste my money on yet another unsuitable pillow. Any comments appreciated xx

CPAP problems
Hi guys, desperately need advice, the more the merrier, I have gone from the nasal mask, to the full mask. At the moment nothing is working. I don't need to explain to you how much I am stressing about this, l I'm afraid to go to sleep now, and I'm staying up most of the night until I fall asleep
