Cpap pillow

Hi there. Just wondering if anybody has purchased a Putnams Advanced C Pap pillow. Looks to be just what I’m looking for and gets good reviews ( if they’re real). It’s very expensive and don’t want to waste my money on yet another unsuitable pillow. Any comments appreciated xx

I bought this CPAP pillow last year and only used it about four times: smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/produ... I really wouldn't bother with one again, they are not that comfortable to sleep with.

I recommend you just use a normal pillow, I would recommend you use one that isn't too hard, because if you are a side sleeper like me your mask might move about too much with a hard pillow, whereas a a softer pillow is more forgiving on your mask and allows it to sink in to the pillow.

Just found this very useful site , didn’t realise u can get liners for the c Pap masks so help with leakage etc

Have tried these and wasn’t too impressed. Bit fiddly to fit and I found my mask leaked more. It was worth a try tho
