After reading lots of posts on here about heart situations and gaining back confidence with cardiac rehab, advice and
counselling
for the future, I realise that someone in my situation doesn’t appear to be catered for.

Loss of intimacy with husband after IVF?
I wish we could afford marriage
counselling
but we just can't right now with the baby and me only just back at work. I don't even know what to do. I even looked up asexuality as I thought maybe that is what was happening with him but he said I was reading too far into things and dismissed me.

What to Do?
I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety over a year ago, and I stopped seeing a therapist because I thought it would be easy. I have hit another breakdown, and I don't know what to do. Should I go back to counseling or should I just hope for an end to the madness that is the darkness in my head?

Hey everyone
Hi everyone I'm new around here. My daughter has adhd and is 7. She is medicated with vyvanse and has been in counseling services before. I myself am looking to get a grasp on adhd and answers as a parent after I had a school meeting and created a 504 for her. Great to meet everyone!

Can’t do this anymore
These past two years I’ve been on antidepressants which don’t do much, if anything, and I’ve been doing
counselling
in the sixth form. Me and my best friend have been talking pretty much everyday for the past two years, and there have never been any forced conversations or awkward moments.

New to this. Not sure what to write.
Hello. I'm new here. I'm not sure what to write to introduce myself. I am a sufferer of dysthymia. I've been on medication for a few years but have never really tried talking about it. The medication helped level out my moods but never really took away the thoughts. I'm not suicidal or anything, just

She won't consider
counselling
again. Has since told me she cannot face my moods, and despite regular check-ins has not always been honest with me hoping things would just get better!? I feel hurt, betrayed. Anxious. etc etc. Struggling functioning. This weekend spoke we were like a normal family.

College student: Anxiety and Depression, Hate it!
Anxiety and Depression: Hi. I am new to this group. I have had anxiety since I was 6 years old. I am 20 now. My anxiety stems from the fear of dying and food allergies. Then it gets so bad I can not function at college the way I want to. Now I get thoughts that I do not want to live with anxiety

Introduction
It's tough and CBT didn't work out for me, so I do weekly
counselling
& in meantime see a psychiatrist every 3 months while I am trying medications. I'm rather setback, and I'm finding it difficult to understand my illness.

Coping with infertility
For those who have had
counselling
did you learn any specific techniques that have helped? I know it’s very personal but I’d love to hear from you if you have something to share x

I've booked
counselling
because I need someone to talk to. It's really hard and I feel like a hypochondriac. I know all you guys have been through this and it's amazing that we've got this site. I've also signed all the petitions. Good luck guys and hope you find the link beneficial. S

Looking for the light
I snap at times and end up yelling and feel awful. I called and made myself a counseling appointment because I am dealing with a lot of anxiety over what is happening with my son. He is in middle school and on 30 mg vyvanse and 1 mg intuniv. He starts to rebound right after school and we go through

New here [so, hi!] also why would a counsellor make a GP app. for you without informing you?
Hi to whoever the unfortunate souls are reading this, So I'm looking for a little reassurance I guess - I've been having
counselling
at my GP surgery for the last couple months, was supposed to be 6 sessions in all but my last session the counsellor said she wanted to extend it for another couple weeks

EAU18 - Copenhagen. Hormone-Naive PCa.
[The European Association of Urology [EAU] annual meeting took place in Copenhagen last month.] The lead paragraph is something of a downer & need not be read - so I moved it to below my signature. I know that some here are interested in oligometastatic PCa. Interesting quote from the end of the presentation
