Miscarriage counselling/ advice line?

Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations from experience? I have a couple of different bodies recommended by the hospital but wondered who you think is best?

It's a couple of months since my miscarriage and I'm doing ok, but sometimes not so ok on the inside and when I'm on my own. I don't have anyone I want to talk this through with - no reflection on them, it's me, but maybe talking to someone I don't know, and don't feel like I'm upsetting, might help me move through this? Thanks x

miscarriageassociation.org.uk/

They have a helpline too, 01924 200799 Monday to Friday 9-4

I haven’t personally used them but a friend has and found it helpful talking things through

I am sorry for your loss and hope you find a service/person who can help you through xx

Sorry to hear of your loss ❤️ I had a miscarriage in November and struggled with coming to terms with it too. I used the miscarriage association. They have a good website and a lovely online forum with lots of ladies who are going through the same heartbreak. They also have a helpline (as someone else mentioned). I didn't use the helpline, but I've heard it's very good, and the team there are fantastic. Here if you need to talk.

I also found writing about my miscarriage helped, I know it's not for everyone, but it helped me process some of my thoughts. I actually started a blog, but a diary or something similar may help too. You're not alone, there are lots of ladies out there who will be in the same boat and happy to talk to you about it (I've made friends on Instagram and online who have really helped). Sending lots of love. X

Thank you ladies - you are lovely, I knew you'd have advice. Maybe I'll start with the online forum mentioned and writing it down a bit there, I'm not always great at getting the words out - then I've got the phone line backup to try if I'm still not getting there. Really appreciate the responses xx
