Anxiety Coping Methods
Hello everyone, Lately, I've been struggling to keep my anxiety down and I can't do anything to help it. I've tried meditating, breathing exercises, counseling, even tried smoking cannabis. But none seem to help, I was wondering if I could get more suggestions.

Counselling
Just wanted to say that I have started
counselling
at my clinic and it’s been brilliant. For anyone that really feels like they are going through the mill and needs some extra support I would honestly recommend this. I felt like I was going mad and my counsellor has really helped.

MS and mental health counseling.
I wrote about Cymbalta helping with mental health. But the other part of that is getting counseling. My new counselor does not get MS. She is using DBT. Anyone else have experience with that. It is a system of skills related to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that helps you change your thinking. But, it

Did you have your child see a therapist and does
counselling
work with anger issues? My son has a follow up appointment with his psychiatrist next weekend so I wanted.to know what are the options to take to help with his irritability.

Counselling / help
My clinic does
counselling
but it doesn’t really work for me. No one really knows about ivf so I haven’t really got people to chat to but all of a sudden I think I really need some help but not sure where to get it from. Are there NHS forums or helplines or similar ?

I hear you saying that I need
counselling
, been there done that. I know what I should do, how I should deal with it, the counsellor said I was dealing with it brilliantly, that I knew all the answers and she couldn’t help me any more.

Options to combat anxiety and low level depression
I have tried
counselling
but it didn't help. What else can I try to make myself feel calmer and get through the next few stressful months?

Anxiety meds/counseling.
Hello all. If you’ve seen my other posts you will know that I suffer from GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) and that I also have very bad health anxiety and I believe that I’m a hypochondriac. I wanted to know if medications and/or counseling has helped anyone. I don’t have any medical insurance,

Defeated and frustrated
I love my son, but most of the time I don't like him, and I feel horrible for even admitting that. I feel like all I do is fight with him--over everything, even simple things. If he's asked to do anything, it's a fight and constant negotiation--laundry, HW, hygiene, picking up after himself, riding in

Pre conception counselling
My
counselling
is tomorrow and I’m pretty nervous. It’s just dealing with all the thoughts and feelings that are coming back. Taking my daughter out for breakfast before my appointment tomorrow

However, I needed
counselling
along with the medication to truly get to the root of my problem. I had to be aware of my triggers and avoid letting myself spiral.

Dear Abby letter on 09.30.19
I just finished reading Dear Abby today and was rather appalled by her response to a college student who was obviously struggling with depression and anxiety regarding the future. Abby's first sentence in her reply was "it has been some time since I have seen a letter filled with as much negativity
