Feeling stuck

Hi everyone. I’m really in a situation right now. After years and years of anxiety and depression, I had a total thyroidectomy which added to my problems as far as motivation and brain function. I ended up leaving my job last year that I had been working there for 13 years. Now I’m at home without a job, no friends, I’m about to lose my car. I’m 60 so the chance of getting another job is slim. I am married but because of all my mental health issues, it caused lots of problems between us so now we are like brother and sister living together. I just don’t know where to begin making changes. I’m on some meds which do help but it’s the lack of motivation and having no interest that I don’t know what to do. I’m going weeks without leaving the house and just watching Netflix. I could use counseling but can’t afford it. 🤷‍♀️
