Teachers going back after holiday break

I am a special education teacher at an elementary school. The students I mainly work with have severe behaviors and mental health issues due to trauma. After a break I always feel anxious about going back. I love my kids and what I do but it can be very exhausting. Also, this is my last semester with them because I am starting my internship in the summer because I have been working on getting my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I know how much I will miss my kids and the friends I have made with my coworkers. Has anyone else felt this way? What have you found that helps getting over these anxious feelings?
