Memories forgotten Due to Anxiety
I was in counseling today and my counselor asked me about me remembering a time in my childhood and I said I can’t remember any and she said that’s due to my anxiety. Can this happen and is it possible for me to remember?

One thing that I didn't do through my whole IVF journey was any
counselling
but its something I have done post-pregnancy (due to traumatic birth - but that's another story!)

Mental Health and Sexual Activity
So since this is a safe space, I have a struggle which does cause me to be a little bit emotional...leading to anxiety at times. So I have been in a seriously committed relationship for 2 1/2 years with a guy that I love a lot. He supports me with my mental health crises, he drives me almost everywhere

GPs prescribed mild sedatives & seeking
counselling
to try & get my head around this. Is anyone else on a "watch & wait" pathway, and what mechanisms have proven best to cope & not just view this as a countdown clock?

Nicotine Replacement Therapy: Can it help someones addiction?
•Entering a
counselling
program can be of great help. •You are highly advised against smoking cigarettes while you are going through the nicotine replacement therapy because nicotine can build up to toxic levels.

Doing well but....
Received lots of
counselling
in my married, motherhood years. But still have difficulty. Too many dumb things bother me. Hubby is even keel, thank God and he loves me unconditionally and it makes him sad that I suffer mentally. Even though I try to do ALL the right things.

I need to sleep
I can’t seem to keep the panic attacks at bay. My body needs rest, I am exhausted, but my mind won’t stop and anxiety keeps building. I’ve been in a very loving and supportive relationship for two years. We recently bought land and are in the process of having our home built. We leave in a little over

I've been talking to her for a month now and the only thing she's done is point out that some things I thought were OCD were actually PTSD symptoms. I feel like I could just read some books and understand my mind to better help my issues. Am I just

Factors Identified for Risk of Second Cancer in CLL Following BTK Inhibition
There was hope that non-chemo CLL treatments would avoid the increased risk of subsequent secondary cancers, with concern about Myelodysplasia Syndromes and Acute Lymphocytic Leukaemia (MDS and ALL) of particular concern with FCR, due to possible DNA damage to bone marrow stem cells. It was thought

If I didn’t need
counselling
before I will now. I am hormonal and this is a huge trigger for me. Yesterday my seizures went From staring to thrashing. It was the worst experience of my life. When people hear I have Crohns they say oh that’s such an awful condition.

Feeling lost
My boyfriend and I have been together for three years and I love him dearly. He has gotten to be so hard to deal with lately that he is causing me to have regular anxiety attacks. He suffers from depression and unless pushed, doesn’t really do anything about it. Just mopes and complains and can be very

BUT...... he is now feeling depressed and although having some telephone
counselling
and taking an anti-depressant Sertraline, it doesn’t seem to be improving. Apparently these meds can make you feel worse before better, he is to see his GP in a couple of weeks.
