Does anyone take hydrocortisone?
Hey guys, sorry to ask two questions in one day. But I have incredibly low cortisol, and mild hypothyroidism. I want to start on a thyroid supplement, but am terrified of making my adrenal situation worse (it's really, really critical. I can barely function and don't want to end up in Addison's territory

Nax
Ever since the house fire on Friday I have been quite adrenalin charged, unable to sleep and unusually energetic. Should I be taking the Nax. My saliva test showed a couple of months ago that I have low cortisol but it must be really high now with all this stress. What do all you wonderful people think

Fast pulse 106 bp 136/87 was on t3 5mcg and 50 mg Levo for 10 days then noticed overstimulated although felt good. Stopped T3 and Levo now.
What next? I have rung gp surgery about having tsh and t4 tested as last blood test it was well over range when I was on 150mg Levo, although t3 was only 4.6 that's why I took big risk of self medicating on tiny dose of t3 to try and raise t3 levels in the hope my sex hormones might sort themselves out

Desperately ill and really need help
Hi. I posted a couple of years ago with serious concerns and I just keep getting worse and can't find relief from my symptoms. I have Hashimotos and cannot utilise or tolerate thyroid hormone no matter what combination or type that I try (straight T4, combo T3/T4, NDT or T3 only). I feel so very ill

bursitis
Over the last 7 weeks I have had 3 steroid/
cortisone
injections to cure my bursitis. X-ray results have proved that there is nothing wrong. I am in constant pain. Co-codomal tablets spaced me out. Last injection I had was last Friday 18th December.

Severe Frozen Shoulder
Heat seems to be the only thing that helps me although I am going for a
cortisone
injection in my shoulder. Has this helped anyone and what else has helped?

Raised red areas of irritation
For several months I had skin irritation just in my hairline, I couldn't see what the area looked like, but it felt raised/bumpy and irritated, and so I was prescribed Betaderm (has
cortisone
in it) which has eased it.

Low cortisol
Hello, I am new to this forum and would really appreciate any feedback regarding a blood test Ive just had with Blue Horizon. I am feeling quiet desperate and worried. I suffer with Hashimoto's but also with adrenal fatigue which I'm assuming is causing me problems with raising my thyroid meds. At present

shoulder pain
I had a
cortisone
shot in my shoulder and had immediate relief but three days later the pain was back. Im wondering if i done to much by drilling holes in a steel plate on the 3rd day or if its not bursa but a bad rotator cuff, anyone else had this experience?
