Orgovyx: Check, Barrigel: Check, Next Up: Ray-Gunz!
After 16 weeks on Orgovyx (relugovix) my PSA: 0.71 (from 16.5) and my Testosterone: 25-ng/dl (from I don't know what. Normal T is 250-800 I'm told.) I want to pass on that I've been able to greatly diminish some SEs from the drug. I now take the pill in the evening vs morning, at approx. 9 to 10 pm.

Bleeding after post op endo surgery?
Hi all, I had my endo excision laporasocopy 4 weeks ago. I had my bowel stuck to my uterus, bladder endo, uterus endo and vaginal endo. After surgery I didn't bleed and didn't really have much pain. But 2 weeks after op I started bleeding like a period despite still being on the pill, and I've been bleeding

Mirena trial or straight to laparoscopy?
Hi! So I finally got to see a gynaecologist and she’s said it’s very likely that the ‘free fluid’ in my pelvis is blood from endometriosis but obviously without a laparoscopy she can’t officially diagnose. I was a bit hesitant about having a surgery, so she’s said I should trial the mini pill /

Try Mirena again or hysterectomy
hello! My life has been upside down for nearly a year now since having debilitating pain from endometriosis and suspected Adenimyosis (although they haven’t been able to see either in an ultrasound). I’ve been on Synarel Gndr medication since March, which has significantly improved my symptoms (although

ORGOVYX vs LUPRON
89 year old male Which has less side effects. I suffered significant joint pain in knees with bicalumatide and would appreciate advice. Doctor suggested Lupron but I like the Orgovyx pill approach because you can always stop the pill if the side effects are bad.

After Hysteroscopy Update
Hi all, had a hysteroscopy Friday for mirena coil instertion as my uterus is tilted. Was a pretty brutal experience, managed to grin and bare it though and mirena was fitted. Appointment was roughly only 30 mins long, gyne could see I was in a lot of pain so worked quickly thankfully. He said he couldn't

Most recent laparoscopy came back negative, feel so invalidated and down, please help
Hello all, I'm quite late to the party but after my most recent laparoscopy yesterday, I feel very deflated and invalidated. I'm sorry for the long post but here is my story so far... From age 15 (I'm 32 now) I had terrible period pain, to the point I was bedridden some days and missing school, which

I've been told I am 'too young' for surgery/diagnosis.
Hi girls, I've got 'suspected endometriosis' and would like to clarify some things. I've always had severely painful, heavy, and irregular periods but in the last 2ish years it has got out of control. My 'periods' can last over 60 days (continuously bleeding) and I bleed a lot in between periods to the

Help deciding on treatment
Discovered this forum a month ago and have found it to be a wealth of information, with very educated/informed members. Hoping that you can spread some of your wisdom and help my finalize my decision with treatment. I've posted more details in my profile as well as write ups from MSKCC on my Biopsy

Hormonal medication
Hi all, I’m 29 and had a laparoscopy last July, where they found endo in my womb, ovaries, rectum, pouch of Douglas and somewhere else I am forgetting! After the surgery, they suggested I went on contraception to stop it growing back - since my mum has had breast cancer twice, my options are quite limited

grieving my old life
Hi so today has been a hard morning already. And I just wanna speak to someone who is going through the same sort of situation as me? So I had surgery last April to remove a 9cm endo cyst from my left ovary. Then I was put on the mini pill as the gyni said this would stop the endo from growing. Fast

Combined Pill 7 day break
Hi all, Just looking for a little advice. I’ve been taking the combined pill (Mercilon) back to back for three months and on Monday stopped taking for my scheduled 7 day break. I’m yet to see any significant ‘period’ type bleed, just not sure why? Ive previously tried progesterone only and it didn

Finally found some relief for IC
Hi everyone, I’m 48 & was diagnosed with IC & Hunners ulcers after having a bladder lift in 2005 & having the mesh fall apart & get stuck in my pelvic floor wall. The mesh was of course toxic and did a number on my bladder as well. I tried EVERYTHING you could imagine & kept track of when pain would

advice wanted pls!
I’ve suffered with painful periods for years, to the point I’d be on the floor crying in agony etc. I’ve had different medications, contraceptive pills and was finally given depo injections after I turned up to the gp sobbing where I was in so much pain so he referred me to gynae. Long story short I

Overwhelming fear of death
Hi everyone, I had PP last August out of the blue, and recently had a lot of stress that triggered similar feelings around the fear of death as ones I had with my initial episode. I called the crisis line and was really worried I would relapse. They said it is likely PTSD as it comes up to a year anniversary

Should I reduce my desogestrel dose?
Hi everyone I'm new here, sorry if this seems like a bit of an essay - I am after some advice about desogestrel. I have been on desogestrel for almost 10 months now (8 months at double dose). It's not been an easy ride, constant bleeding everyday (very heavy to start with). Finally at 9 months

Endo and spotting
I got diagnosed with endometriosis over 10 years ago when I was 17, stage 1 in my pelvis and on my left ovary it was ablated. I was giving the pill, and told it won’t effect my life keep taking the pill until I want a baby and discharged. So I was on the pill for over 10 years. I came off the pill due

Just been diagnosed, unsure of what to do next?
Hello! So I finally had the results from my MRI and it has confirmed endometriosis was found. It was honestly just utter relief. I nearly burst into tears. I have been going backwards and forwards, having test after test, advocating for myself, being gaslit by different gp's, for years and now
