Contraceptive pill where no break is needed.
Hello, I need help with finding a new birth control. I have been stuck in the UK because of Covid-19 and ran out of my normal pills. I spoke to a doctor and they ended up giving me Yasmin and told me not to have the 7 day break- which caused me to have intense bleeding and periods 6 weeks into taking

Pain and bloating after a Trans Vaginal Ultrasound
Hi, Haven’t posted here in a while as I’ve been doing well for a year now since I’ve started on Noriday (Progesterone Only) Contraceptive Pill. I had a routine internal ultrasound on Wed where she spotted a polyp in my uterus and a 2cm cyst on my ovary. I have had no symptoms the past year although

Decapeptyl injection
Hi. I am wondering if anyone can help. I got diagnosed with Endometriosis is December and today I’ve had my first decapeptyl injection. When I had the consultation with my doctor about it I forgot to ask about contraception and whether I could continue taking my contraceptive pill whilst having the injection

Indapamide
Have just started Indapamide. I already take losartan 50 mg. Have been prescribed 2.5mg, but at the moment am splitting the pill and taking half each day. Am finding this has already brought down my bp a fair bit, but for now I would rather not increase my side effects by going on the full 2.5mg. Does

I’m worried about my health 😢 Why am I bleeding when my period ended almost week ago?
I got period on June 21-27. After 5 days I saw some spotting dark brown discharge, not much just little( July 2.2020) cramps little . Is this normal? It happens to me in 2018. Than back to normal regular up until now it’s doing this to me again. Is this cancer or something? I’m soo scared and frightened

No withdrawal bleed when on combined pill?
My first post... I've been on the combined pill for around 15 years now. I don't think I've ever had a break from it, but have changed pill over the years (Dianette, Yasmin, Cilest, Lizinna). I keep going through about a 4/5 month block where I don't have a withdrawal bleed during my 7 day break. I do

Period pain
My first period since coming off the pill a month ago has arrived. We’re trying for a baby so it’s just rubbish to have my period 😩 especially when it is so painful! I kind of knew it would be very painful off the pill as the pill kind of masked my symptoms a little bit, but now the pain is so bad,

Is it normal for my period to last longer after starting the pill?
I started the combined pill on the first day of my period (21 pills then 7 days off). Normally my periods are 5-6 days long, but it has been 9 days and I am still having light bleeding. Is this normal? Is there a way to stop this bleeding? Also, is there a link between beginning the pill and developing

Managing endo symptoms.
I have been advised to consider using contraception to manage my endo symptoms. Note: I also have and get endometriosis cysts. I just wondered how many women actually recommend and use contraception as a management technique? Thanks.

Microgynon & abdominal pain
I have been on microgynon for just over a year and had bad stomach pains/discomfort ever since. I came off of the pill at the start of lockdown to see if it went away and it did, but I still don't feel comfortable having sex without being on the pill. Is there any suggestions of pills that don't have
