I’m going crazy
Backstory: have had occasional heart palpitations since I was 15 years old. Changing in frequency and feeling. I turn 23 tomorrow and have never felt this bad. I’ve had tons of ekgs, echos, holter monitor, blood tests, you name it. Been to a few cardiologists that have told me my palpitations are benign

Your experience on the Mirena or Jaydess coil?
Anyone had experiences on the IUD/IUS mirena or jaydess coil
contraception
? I want to get it but very worried about the insertion procedure and overall side effects. Was getting it fitted painful? Did you experience any side effects on the coil? Any info would be a great help thanks!

Astra-Zeneca Vaccine - Risk of Blood Clots
I think this simple graphic from Salford Clinical Commissioning Group illustrates how low the real risk is. Whilst somewhat off topic I feel it an important point. Sorry HU seems to have an unexplained issue uploading it. Will try again later! 😠 Goodness k ows what the issue is but for now here are

The last year or so my symptoms have got much worse and include pelvic pain all month, cysts, and stabbing ovary pains. I had a scan in

PVC’s or ectopic beats
Hi, I was diagnosed with paroxysmal afib at 43 in 2017 and had catheter ablation in March this year. Afib returned for a couple of hours twice but was in the 3 month blanking period so was ok. Stopped the flecainide and verapamil 2 months after procedure as advised by surgeon and need to say it feels

I have been on my COCP for several years & have backed my packets up for the first time in a while - I have been experiencing spotting for the last week & unsure as to why - could anyone help? Also if I were to stop taking my pill now (been taking for4.5 weeks now) would I still be protected against

Should I go to the GP about my period?
I have been on the contraceptive pill for nearly 3 years now, my periods have always been slightly heavy and regular, however the past couple of months they have started to become late, lighter and more frequent blood clots... Is this something to be concerned about? Is it worth going to the doctor

The pill
Hello, I have not yet received a diagnosis for endo and have been going to the doctors for about a year but am still pushing as I have all the symptoms and am experiencing pain and bleeding at least once a week for varied lengths. I am on the contraceptive pill and have read that stopping taking it shows

I’m feeling really lost right now. PVCS, junctional rhythm, ventricular bigeminy
I’m feeling so disheartened and deflated recently. I starting suffering from shortness of breath at the beginning of the year which I believed may have been anxiety induced, I also had chest pain upon exertion eg. Putting up my Christmas decorations. I should mention that for the last 5 years since

Flare up recovery and appetite
Also, seeing my doctor Tuesday and hoping to ask for hormone treatments or changing of
contraception
from the implant to something like the coil. Does anyone have any experiences with what has helped them? I'd like to try out these methods before the procedure of a lap! Thank you :)))) Rachel X

Feeling a little failed
She said she can't refer me to a specialist due to only trying 1 form of
contraception
(I have tried a numerous amount of pills). She has told me I have to have the coil fitted and see how I get on for 6 months and then maybe she will refer me.

IUI/IVF timings — Lean PCOS infertility
I have been off
contraception
for 3 years now, and whilst we haven’t been “trying” necessarily, at the same time we haven’t been careful either. If that makes any sense.

Hi All, Does anyone with Hashimoto’s have any experience of hormonal
contraception
? I’ve got a copper coil but since having it my periods are 12 days long and heavy. I’ve always had issues with breakthrough bleeding on pills in the past - the mini pill made me have 100 day periods!

Starting clomid
So my husband have had all tests done and have unexplained infertility. They have suggested to start clomid. I have something called chronic migrane syndrome which I currently have under control. I can't go on birth control of any kind as it really triggers it and are so bad that I spend days in bed.
