Pains and diarrhea after lunch.
Hi everyone my problem is the diarrhea I get 1.5 hours after lunch. It's not every day can go 2 weeks then it happens couple of days in a row. I eat very bland no spices, sometimes just a sandwich sometimes a meal seems to make no difference. I had a colonoscopy which was fine. After going to the toilet

W9 R2 - Only went and ran 5K!
How did that happen? Well I ran too far along the canal on my outward leg before I turned back - and when Laura said stop I was still a good way from from where I'd usually start 5 min walk to my car - and I needed to get back - so I kept running to that spot only went and found out I'd run

Had a Colonoscopy 4 years ago (age 30) and now experiencing rectal bleeding again.
I am a slightly overweight 34 year old who eats pretty poorly. For the past 3-4 days my stool has been coated with a bright red blood, and the toilet water has been the same color. 1 out of every 4-5 stools are normal with no blood. I am using the restroom multiple times a day (almost trying to force

Telephone Appointment
Hi guys, has anyone had a telephone appointment with the Gynae? I had one a couple of weeks ago and they agreed the only way to start sorting it out is through a lap. Everything was ok, emotional because I’ve been waiting so long but anyway, the week before last I ended up in hospital, severe pain in

My son has had Abdominal pain and Vomiting for a year and a half and has lost weight from 190 to 120lbs. What else can we do?

It’s been about a year and a half and he has had an Ultrasound, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, Cat Scan, blood work, stool sample, allergy test and has seen an Oncologist

Blood in stool
*warning graphic* I’ve been experiencing stool like this for almost a month now. I saw the GI who’s ordered a colonoscopy however it’s been VERY difficult to schedule it. His scheduler and I have been playing phone tag for over a week. Is this something that should be of a bigger concern/priority.

Advice Please
Hello! Just looking for some advice/insight. I've had intermittent bleeding for the past 5-6 years and always just assumed I had internal/external hemorrhoids. Yes, I know, it's never good to make assumptions like that and have definitely learned my lesson. Sometimes I would go weeks/months without bleeding

A bit confused...
Hi, I have not been diagnosed with IBD but the doctor feels my symptoms are showing I could have it. I struggled with bleeding, bloating, lower left pain, awful fatigue, accidents, joint pain and mucus for about 3 months. Cal protection levels were over 2000. I had a small bowel mri that came back as

Pending diagnosis - some advice and thoughts would be great :)
Hi everyone! I'm 27 year old male, fit and healthy generally and 3 weeks ago I had some severe abdominal pains and slight constipation, the pain was sort of moving around my abdomen then seemed to centralize lower right. The hospital suspected appendicites so they operated, saw it was all clear so they

Hello everyone, It's been a while since I visited this forum because everything is going really well. Since my alcohol relapse (last may) I'm still having a sour taste in my mouth, I don't have pain in my chest like most people with acid reflux and I take ppi daily and at times it does not seem to work

Transvaginal ultrasound?
Hello everyone. Quick background info: I’ve been under investigations with a gastroenterologist for over a year now. Had a MRI scan, colonoscopy, blood tests, stool tests all resulting in nothing. They suspect IBS. I suspect it’s something more - maybe bowel endometriosis. I have a lot of the symptoms

Colonoscopy
Hi all. Just wanted to update everyone that I finally had my dreaded colonoscopy yesterday. The good news is that no cancer found - phew ! But they found I have multiple diverticula which apparently half of the population over 50 do have due to a western diet. I would like now to also reassure anyone

Pet Scan result
Rather mixed and still left hanging in mid air. What was seen as suspicious, has after a conference, turned out to be fibrosis, scarring from the radiotherapy, so not cancer after all. Another CTScan has been ordered for 3 months time. A sigh of relief, but then he said "they have spotted something in

Advice needed
I am currently waiting for biopsy results from a colonoscopy, which I had for suspected Crohns/IBD/UC. I have previously been told I have a Connective Tissue Disorder, also RA and maybe Sjogrens. I don’t think they actually know which. I am currently concerned as I have inflamed eyes, the whites are
