Hi all I had a colonoscopy four weeks ago and since had CT and MRI I was told at colonoscopy they had found a tumour . Went up to hospital today to get scan results and have been told colon tumour has metastasised to liver both lobes and is inoperable. They are organising chemo and I will hear from them

My surgery is 2days away! It can't come quick enough 🎗
Hello to all Endo Warriors, Some of you may follow my story or have replied to some of my posts in the past. I am finally having excision surgery 🙌 after having a diagnostic lap in 2018 by a general gynecologist surgeon. She used Ablation 🤬 and I was back to square one a month after ! Unfortunately

Long term Ppi
Hi just a general question regarding the long term use of Omeprazole . I'VE had PAF since 2017 , an unsuccessful cryoablation in 2019 and am currently on the waiting list for a follow up RF ablation . My episodes are infrequent , reasonably mild and always self resolve within 12 hours. I've been on various

Struggling to get a diagnosis
Hi! I have been getting symptoms of endometriosis since I was 15 and I am 26. I have been to the GP on several occasions over the past 11 years with symptoms and they brushed it off as painful periods and gave me the pill. Most recently I changed GP surgery and finally seen a GP that listened to me.

Could we have caught it super early?
Hi. I was diagnosed with NAFLD and PBC late January of this year by my GI. My blood tests came back with a positive AMA but my other LFT numbers are within the normal range or only slightly elevated. However, my LFTs have been slightly elevated on and off for many years now. My fibroscan showed plenty

Hi all. I'm 54 years old and had my colonoscopy yesterday when I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. I had my CT scan today and waiting to find out if it has spread. My biggest fear is needing a stoma bad after surgery. Help, I'm panicking!

Clear Colonoscopy
Has anyone had a clear colonoscopy, in which the bowel looked normal, after taking Budesonide and Methotrexate? I have Chron's and was in hospital for five days over Christmas with a really bad flare. Does this mean that the Chron's has gone or is just remission? I was told at the time to keep taking

Shock!
Hi, I’ve had a colonoscopy at hospital this week. Whilst biopsies have been collected, the Consultant was pretty confident it is cancer. Of course, this is a shock. I’m 53 years old… Any help and advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!
