Ibs and iron deficiency anaemia
Glad you are getting to the bottom of it! (sorry about the pun!) These things come out of the blue and take ages to resolve.I too have had two colonoscopies, and gastroscopy too. I have bloating and wind, and started getting reflux too. My pain is the left side, where the descending colon is- I have diverticulosis, and iron deficiency anaemia, but nothing else was found. I don't drink or smoke, don't eat spicy foods, or takeaways, cook every day, and try and have veggies each day, but sadly, I think mine is a yeast intolerance, which means, bread, doughnuts, rolls, croissants etc are on the no no list. If I can find a sourdough bread that doesn't have added yeast I'll give it a try! I generally only drink tea and water, not even coffee these days, occasionally then only decaffeinated. We haven't eaten out in over two years! It's very depressing eating such a basic diet then waiting to see if the bloating and cramps start each day! I take the Immunity Actimel each day, and probiotics too, but nothing seems to work.
