Protein-powder which is gut-friendly?

Hi everyone,

I'm new here. Had some experience back in the previous Men's Health forums during my teenage years and learnt quite a lot... and here I am, back again!

Getting to the point... I have been wondering whether you guys know of any protein powder which is friendly with stomach issues? I have found that protein powders with sucralose is causing IBS and it is a really uncomfortable feeling. I live in Malta so I might need it with shipping as well (not so environmentally friendly, I know). I've tried the collagen powder and it seems to work quite well. However, what i've found so far is with sucralose.

Thanks so much for your time

Best,

undecimus

You might want to consider Vega - they are an awesome plant-based protein powder. They mostly use pea protein, which I find much more gut-friendly than whey and other proteins. I am not certain if they contain Sucralose (they do use stevia I believe), but you could probably email them for an answer. Best of luck!

Hi mate,I suffer too from certain protein powders, I would start simple. Is it just your body reacting to too much of a certain item. Sometimes bodybuilders can go years of pain trying to force down food etc..

Why not try peanut butter/banana/milk shakes for a week? Probably 25-35g protein? Cheap test without buying £25 tubs of powder
