Day 359: Baggy Skin

The one thing that really worries me is the amount of loose skin I may have once I have lost the weight I want to lose, so I spent a few hours doing a little research. I've tags a couple of websites I read and were helpful in my blog today. The websites also give some foods that are rich in elastin and collagen, which are needed to help maintain the elasticity of your skin, as well as lots of other health benefits. I hope you enjoy it.

You know that’s something I had really considered Sean. I read your blog and followed the links. As you say you eat a lot of the foods recommended as part of a healthy diet. I’ve lost nearly three and a half stone now and have some strange wrinkles on my arms and chest. I think by toning muscle in both my arms and chest I should be able to sort that out.

I think It should not put people off wanting to change their lives by reducing their weight.

Personally I much prefer being slim and have a few wrinkles on my body,. I prefer not having to take statins, medication for high blood pressure and now having normal blood sugar levels than being significantly overweight, lethargic, unhealthy and struggling to lift myself out my am chair where I spent far too much of my time.

So I would say if you can lose the weight first and worry about any wrinkles after 👍🏽
