You can since there are no interactions between those two. I use it as well.

yes and lots of folks find it soothes their various gastro/digestive complaints in addition to the protein boost.

Powders aren’t all equal though, some are processed in the same facilities as dairy based whey types so be aware if you have a lactose intolerance or dairy allergy.

Bear in mind the wellness industry has us wrapped around their fingers looking for ’the answers’ to feeling better. We are sitting ducks spending £20-30 a tub for each magic potion.

Aim for a grass fed type or better still stick bones and carcasses in a slow cooker and make your own. Gelatine can also be used in broths etc.

I’ve not tried plant ones. If you don’t have any issues with dairy the my protein website has a beef collagen that is very well priced.

Hello , I don’t take them myself as I get collagen from connective tissues in grass fed sustainable minced beef.

I would recommend British (Clean) supplements for all needs. No fillers, no nonsense and better than Russian owned Holland & Barrett. Their 3 month supply of collagen is currently under £30.

Good luck
