I was caught off guard, and mumbled something about fatigue and

First, he is stupid to say it, second it’s an extremely sore spot, and three he should know better!

Cognitive impairment and depression
Depression and anxiety hit me hard about a year and a half ago; it wasn’t an overwhelming sense of sadness or hopelessness but rather cognitive and physical decline. At its onset I was convinced something was wrong with me, and I attributed this to my vegan diet, thinking the source was nutritional.

Yo, gang. I hope you're all holding up better than I have been. I'm not entirely sure why I'm here or what I'm expecting from this, but it's not like there's too much to lose. I've heard that it's never good to read anonymous responses online because they're just toxic, but I can't imagine things being

Coping with Anxiety - Chest pain
Hi everyone, This is my first post on here, I wanted to try sharing how I feel in an effort to see if anyone else happens to be going or has been through similar. I would say that I am an anxious person as in, if there is reason to get anxious, I will get overly fixated and anxious regarding the subject

CBT - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is the first line of defence in Psychology. It takes in the fact that one should be aware of their physiology and understand how that affects their symptoms. It is a very useful therapy but doesn't work for me as I am Bi-polar and hence often in either

CBT
Hi everyone, I’m not a person suffering with OCD, but my girlfriend is. And lately she’s been struggling pretty bad, and I guess I just don’t know how to help her and it kills me to see her suffer. The thing is, she really wants to try Cognitive Behavior Therapy and we’ve been doing research. Our issue

Someone has ever cured Insomnia? How?
It is not much difficult to cure insomnia. Of course, it can be easily cured with an amalgamation of the below-listed ways. There is a presence of different forms of the behavioural as well as psychological techniques which are helpful in treating insomnia. Concentrates more on the techniques like:

Cognitive Therapy - Where to start?
Hi there, New here but my wife was recently diagnosed with FND, after years of pain and struggling. That was initially a relief as we've struggled to cope with the unknown, and thought the next stage of finding treatment would be easier - which I now know was naive. I've read through loads of posts on

Hashimotos??? Or am I just a crazy lady?
Hi, I have been tested TPO 75IUml, my test results say - consistent with autoimmune hypothyroidism, raised antibody, suggestive of autoimmune thyroid disease. My TSH was 6.8 and 14.6 in November. I ended up in A&E today with heavy chest and shallow breathing. The psychiatric nurse diagnosed depression
