I used “Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy” by David Burns. The exercises in that book did me a lot of good.
My health plan has a course online that I've been doing and I like it. I also use this: brightside.com and I really like it. You don't have to do the 'for pay' stuff - the CBT program is free.
There is a good app called CBT diary by excelatlife.com. Its free. Their audio downloads and articles are good too. I use it and "Feeling Good" by David Burns. It helps me work through my thinking. Repetition is the key. I sometimes lack that part 😀
