Hashimotos and irritated eyelid abo
Hi all, I am newly diagnosed with hashimotos. About 3 months prior to being diagnosed, I began to have eye trouble. I just woke up one morning and my eyes felt gritty, like I had a piece of sand stuck in my eyelid whenever I would move my eyes around. I went to the eye doctor, and he treated infection

IUI waiting times?
Hello First time messaging on here but at a loss really. We started this journey back in January 2017 and I knew we would have problems. Roll forward we have now done 5 cycles of clomid which all have worked in the fact I’ve ovulated but still not pregnant. Husbands sperm is fine so the problem lies

Augmentation
My withdrawal from DOPAMINE Agonists continues. I was on 6mg but would leave prior days patch on so that increased my dosage. Before that I was on Requip 2 mg twice a day for 2004. I am now down to 2 mg. Had two awful nights in a row. Not going back to three mgs. Being strong. What I’m noticing is that

Egg quality improvements with supplements- feeling low
Been taking pregncare for months just bought royal jelly 1000mg gel caps and CoQ10 100mg. Will start tomorrow. I have added these two in due to what this forum and others threads say about them potentially improving egg quality. Any experiences? How long? I am starting Clomid the end of next month.

Bartonella causes restless leg
Hi, my son was just diagnosed with Bartonella in addition to lyme. The doctor said bartonella can cause restless leg (and it’s autoimmune neuropathy). He is currently being treated for this on antibiotics for two weeks and the restless leg is better. There are a bunch of Facebook groups about Bartonella

First consultation has left me overwhelmed!
Hi everyone. I have previously had 6 months worth of clomid and scans etc at the local hospital after FTC for the last 2 years and after that wasn’t successful I was referred to my local fertility clinic, we had our first appointment yesterday. Perhaps I was being naive but I thought that they would

UPDATE... Our poorly Twin girl
Morning lovely bunch. So we had our appointment with the fetal heart specialist on Tuesday. And had a thorough 2hr scan of both babies hearts. Sadly as expected one of our Girls has a congenital heart defect. Which is called Complete Atrioventricular Septal Defect (AVSD). In short it means the two arteries

Confused and floundering!
Hi I've just been reading some posts and am amazed at all the knowledge and suggestions you all offer. I was diagnosed 16 months ago. Sort of. Parkinsons or Peroxetine induced parkinsonism. I saw a consultant last October who wants to see me again this October. A year? I don't really know who I should

3 large follicles
Hello! I had my day 12 scan today and it turns out the Clomid has worked so well that I have 3 large follicles. The clinic have said obviously that means the chance of multiples and it’s up to us whether to try this month. I had 2 large follicles on our first round of Clomid and no positive test but

Most effective DA?
Hi all. My wife has PLMD ever since coming off Citalopram that results in her having a poor sleep quality and me often having to decamp to the spare room 😞. GP has given her Amyltriptaline that we are very uneasy about using due to poor feedback I’ve read. We are due to see different GP soon and we

Not so cocky anymore
Well, I confess I was feeling pretty full of myself. Learned so much from the wise ones on this forum and used DSNS from the start in early 2017. Religiously followed an anti inflammatory diet (I also have Parkinson’s Disease so was feeling super-cautious). A week ago, I sailed smoothly from .5 mg and

Autism people don't show live at all?
We have a 6 year old grandson who doesn't talk, has all the "so called classic signs" of having ADD, but I also believe he has other mental issues that are not related to ASD, only my opinion. My wife had a 3-month old Down Syndrome son when I met her and married her. When Damion was born the experts

Safety in combining prescription medicines
Hi I'm new to thistle. I for a number of years was prescribed tramadol, lyrica, arcoxia and paracetamol all taken together. I had a routine blood test done earlier this year and was immediately taken off arcoxia and tramadol and lyrica dosage greatly reduced due to my kidney function being very low.

tramadol augmentation
Is there anyone on here who can provide me with an link to an article that talks about augmentation from tramadol? My doctor has had me on it for many months, close to a year, and it seemed to work at first, but then it seemed to stop working, and now my RLS is getting worse. I see my doctor this Friday

Intro
Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself as I am new here. I live in the US and have suffered from RLS most of my life. I have been taking ropinirole for many years and am now at 4mg. I live in a state where medical marijuana is legal so I am trying that now with mixed results. It definitely helps

Embryoscope-Time lapse
Hi all, I hope you are all okay and possibly getting more positive news than me today 😊. Of the 9 eggs collected yesterday , 6 were immature with 3 getting fertilised and only 2 acting as was expected . They are obviously monitoring the two and hopefully we will have a transfer on Monday at blasto stage

General anaesthetic
Hi All! After some advice. Due to undergo an endometrial ablation under general anaesthetic. (Hopefully to help address chronic iron deficiency anaemia) Aside from having my b12 jab afterwards as opposed to before....anything else I should be aware of in relation to general anaesthetic? Last GA I had
