VSL#3
Some time ago I bought some VSL#3 probiotics to see if it helped the gastric problems, and said I'd report back. First of all, a period of having difficulty getting anything down meant I didn't take it ( that stuff is too expensive to waste). Now, I've got through the best part of a month's worth. Please

Hi all. :) Does anyone have any idea which hay fever remedies are ok to take when you have RLS? I am taking Gabapentin and Co-codamol which work for me quite well now but I am very cautious about buying anything that might tip me back into hellish nights and miserable days again. Any help greatly appreciated

Question. Can a physical trauma bring on an episode of severe fatigue ?
I'm 63 yrs old, & although I've only been officially diagnosed with PBC two & half years ago, I believe I've had it at least 20yrs ( when a blood test carried out in Florida, whilst on holiday highlighted high LFT ) . Up until 18 months ago I can say I was completely asymptomatic, but since then I've

Opinions and advise
Hello, I'm a 27 year old male who has been suffering with abdominal issues since the age of three. As the years went on it was noted by my pediatrician that I was suffering with stomach migraines (at the time) and was put on some type of migraleve. I do not know wether or not this drug was effective

Myofascial Pain Syndrome - I have found some help
The constant nagging right sided neck and shoulder pain has been me since May/June last year. It could be Myofascial Pain Syndrome however I wouldn't know how to know. As has been mentioned here, analgesia barely touches it. If I take Co-Codamol equivalent I can get some respite but not for long and

Womb ablation
Hi, I had womb ablation done last may which has helped with the heavy bleeding, but the last few months I've been getting cramps. Tonight the pain is unbearable, I have taken my co-codamol which haven't helped one bit. I've been curled up on my bed since 8. Just wish the painkillers would take the edge

Anti-inflammatory food
I had a replacement aortic valve 17 years ago and take warfarin and statins daily. Have low vitamin D and IBS - problems with wheat and dairy. Have now got plantar fasciitis and last week had a root canal tooth redrilled leaving me in agony - swollen jaw, extreme pain up to my ear and down my neck.

Post lap stabby pain
Hi everyone, Had my second lap on Tuesday - not great news, more endo found on pelvic wall and ureter, so need more invasive surgery to remove. They couldn't do anything on Tuesday because of the findings but they did insert the coil like they said they would. It's not 4 days later and the anaesthetic

At the end of the rope.
I have reached out here as we have no where else left. My husband has had issues with pain for many years but it had been manageable with quality of life. It has now been chronic for two years, since April 2015. He can no longer function, work or play with his kids. I have become the full time carer
