cataracts, glaucoma and astigmatism
I was diagnosed with glaucoma last year and had laser surgery which didn’t work. I now have cataracts which are causing me blurred vision. On my last visit to the glaucoma hospital the ophthalmologist said “you have cataracts” but he didn’t say anything else about it or whether I needed to get them done

New clinical trial BNT152+153.
Hi, I'm about to enter into a new Phase 1 clinical trial at MD Anderson for solid tumors including new drugs from BioNtech called BNT152+153, which are based on Interluekin 2 & 7. Do any members have any knowledge or experience with these relatively new trial drugs? There is an NCT listing on the clinicaltrial.gov

I am very curious because I have leaky gut and want to supplement with collagen which I heard helps leaky gut. I heard potassium iodide is good for hashmotos as its like a detox for the thyroid. If you can help that's great thanks guys. Xx

clinical trials and dropped off a cliff
Five years ago I joined the Astra Zeneca clinical trial of Olaparib with Zytiga, through my oncologist at Fox Chase in Philadelphia. Earlier this year A-Z ended the trial and applied for FDA approval of the combo, it does seem to help some of us. I learned that I had been taking the placebo, not the

drug holiday
I’m looking for some experiences please about taking an ibrutinib holiday. I see there have been some posts about clinical trials either stopping or reducing days it’s taken. I would really appreciate any feed back. My story is I’ve got really good bloods now and have been taking ibrutinib for 4 years

Med switch seems to have worked
I started Zoloft (transitioning from Prozac) on Saturday. By Monday, I thought I was doing better. By today (Tuesday), I’m sure of it. I probably needed to switch meds six months ago. I still let outside events and other people’s behaviour influence my moods too much. But the medicine is helping me

Share Your Voice: Shaping the Future of Clinical Trial Searches
Dear Friends, Clinical trial search engines suck. Most are primitive and return hit-or-miss results. None consider your specific concerns, leaving you vulnerable to hours of phone calls and form-filling, only to be rejected or to find that the trial is different than what you first thought.
