So, there are no really professional mental healthcare workers where I live. I have symptoms of mental health disorder but because of this, I can’t get diagnosed. Deep down, I know there’s something wrong with me, I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for a really long time now, alone.

Cactusflame, welcome to the group! Please post what you are comfortable with and you should get plenty of replies. It took me several years of not knowing what my diagnosis is but my treatment team was able to help me. Please don't give up in looking for help because it is out there. You might consider going to some 12 step groups. Early on in my recovery I had little help but found much support there (I went to CoDA, Al-Anon, Emotions Anonymous, and ACoA meetings). That was 30 years ago but some of my best friends today I met there at those meetings back then. At the very least, they might be able to steer you in a good direction regarding finding mental health treatment. Best of luck to you.
