jabs for a blood clot he has from stroke he had several years ago in his head which was difficult to remove because of the location it is in hence the thinners.

Has anyone had 5 or more transfers and had success?
We’ve tweaked the protocol quite a bit and I’m on lubion as well as cyclogest,
clexane
. We’re still classed as unexplained. I’m just feeling so low like it’s never going to happen. I feel like it should have worked by now.

Can anyone please give me some advice on improving success for 6th transfer
I’ve had the care unity test and I’m currently awaiting results from a blood test which can say if I need to be on
clexane
I think it is, due to recurrent implantation failure and miscarriage. Is there anything else I should look at?

Injections
Hi Ladies, I am 6DP5DT and taking
clexane
and prolutex injections. I am bruising quite badly and finding it hard to get a space on either side of my belly button to inject. I now seem to bleed at the injection site each night as I try to find a spot that is not bruised!! Any advise? TIA x

4 rounds of ICSI without success
I’m on
Clexane
to thin blood and steroids for NKCs. My doc says it’s an issue with egg quality but I’m not 100% convinced as I’m only 34. Looking for any advice or wisdom before we decide on donors. Looking into sperm dna fragmentation so if you have any knowledge about that, fill me in! Kirsty

DVT in Left Iliac Vein
Anyway she put me on
Clexane
injections which will prevent further clotting and hopefully will break up the current clot. No problems giving them to myself in the tummy fat, as I am a nurse. I feel like a bit of a drug addict though!!! Imagine if my grandkids could see me doing that!

Low stimulation IVF - advice needed
I was on a whole load of immune treatments for that pregnancy, but not on steroids,
Clexane
and IVIG drips, which my clinic are now suggesting I try and think may make the difference.

3rd transfer UNlucky - time to do something different?
I’m already on
Clexane
and Aspirin (due to an assumed MFHR gene mutation) and thyroxine. Also, I wondered if anyone switched consultants to get a second opinion and how that worked out? Thank you. Sending love and baby dust to all x

Blood thinners - any tips?
I’m on dalteparin but it’s similar to
clexane
which is perhaps more common. This might sound like a silly thing to say but the needle is so sharp and it hurts going in (I’ve had quite a lot of experience injecting various things into my tummy so I can compare).

MTHFR Gene mutation, Any experience?
Were you in need for low dose
clexane
( low molecular weight heparin) together with low dose aspirin during preparation for frozen embryo transfer or else during pregnancy

Stopping IVF meds- anxiety
Good Morning ladies, As I am (hopefully) hitting the 12 weeks mark on Saturday, I’ll be stopping my IVF meds....so no more Progynova, Estradot,
Clexane
, and progesterone injections in the morning and evening 🙈 I’ll continue with Crinone, one a day (better to do it in the morning or evening?)

Lubion and clexane
Hi all, after early spotting at 6dp5dt last cycle, my consultant has recommended taking Lubion injections and also
clexane
. I don’t think the 400 cyclogest was enough for me. Any experience of this from people?

Prontogest Intramuscular Injections – Help!
I’m also going to be taking 2 baby aspirin per day, 1
Clexane
injection per day and the standard Cyclogest pessaries again. Just wondering if anyone else has been on the same protocol and how it went? I’m particularly nervous about the intramuscular injections (as is my partner!)

Clexane injections?
I got the results of my thrombotic risk profile blood test back today and off the back of it my consultant wants me to start
clexane
injections. I am also starting lubion injections again as well. Did anyone else take
clexane
and when did you start taking it?

Anxiety over scans
I was originally told so many things that the docs have then reversed their positions on that I have difficulty trusting them eg No tablet form of
clexane
; now on it. Has to be 6 sessions of chemo; now can be 4 under European protocol - why is it different?

Has anyone started
Clexane
from day 2 of cycle and had a successful pregnancy? I have Antiphospholipid syndrome but none of the symptoms. I have had two miscarriages and 3 unsuccessful rounds of ivf. My question is should I start
clexane
so early on? Most people seem to start it from transfer day.
