Restless legs

Hi warriors! I’m in the dreaded 2WW… 4th transfer 🤞

I’ve had bad restless legs for the last couple of days, my legs feel really heavy like I’ve run a marathon and very tensed up (makes for very little sleep!).

Haven’t had this with any of my other transfers but also on a lot more meds this time (progynova, cyclogest, aspirin, Clexane and prontogest).

I have a feeling it’s maybe the prontogest progesterone injections but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this? x

Hi.

I find magnesium oil spray helps as well as gentle exercise and stretching.
