Raised LFT Question

Good morning, I was wondering if anyone could offer me any insight to my blood test results. I used Thriva to check my Liver function amongst other things and all come back ok except GGT of 112. I mentioned to GP and she ordered some more blood tests. In the meanwhile I have had a hysterectomy almost 4 weeks ago and have used Clexane (blood thinner injection), Oramorph, codeine, paracetamol, ibuprofen and am currently on Cefalexin(antibiotic) for an infection from my surgery. When I had my bloods repeated last week my GGt is now 416, phosphatase is 157 and amino transferase is 178.

Just to clarify I haven’t been diagnosed with anything liver related yet, although I’ve been referred for urgent 2 week liver scan and I do drink alcohol on a weekend but I haven’t had any since before my op almost a month ago.

So I guess my question is can any of the mentionrd medications cause a rapid rise in LFT results?

Many thanks 😊
