Going in For Second Ablation
Hi folks! I had my first ablation over four years ago, at Texas Cardiac Arrythmia with Dr. Andrea Natale. I wasn't able to come off my medication after, but the meds then worked to control my afib and numerous PVCs where it didn't pre-ablation. During these four years I had been taking 50 mg of Flecainide

End of life - day 7
Mum’s challenging journey with CBD is approaching the end. She is now 7 days with no food or fluids. We said goodbye to my stepdad at his funeral on Wednesday. I’m just heartbroken and struggling to find the strength, it’s so emotionally draining saying goodbye every day. I just want mum to let go and

Stopped Flecainide
At my last office visit, my Cardiologist suggested I quit daily Flecainide, and use only as a PIP. Since I had not had any episodes in the past four and a half years. He also thought the Flecainide was keeping my heart rate too low, which is what originally brought on his suggestion. So far it has

helped needed on how to treat internal tremors in arms and legs
I was diagnosed with PD over 3 years ago and prescribed Rasagiline and Madopar. Sorted RLS with TruNiagen. Nicotinamide Riboside Sorted most PD symptoms with B1 sublingual. Eg balance, arm swing, smile, energy etc. My problem now is internal tingling down arms and legs without visible movement.

stay positive….
Hi everyone. After having A.Fib for almost two years I had a cardioversion done on the 15 Dec last supported by six months on Amiodarone. My heart rate is now in Normal Sinus Rhythm and so far all's good. Had the Bisoprolol reduced from 3.75 twice a day to 1.25 twice a day and feel a lot more comfortable

genetics and cholesterol. Statins
your body produces cholesterol with the levels very much affected by your genetics. I did everything possible to bring mine down and it barely budged. Your decision but I’m on statins and take Coenzyme Q10 supplements as statins affect their levels. Afib doesn’t give you high cholesterol.

are you sticking with riveroxaban or asking to change to Apixaban in light of recent research?
after heart attack, cardiac arrest leaving me in continuous AFib for 3 months requiring a cardio version ( heart attack caused by blood clot cholesterol normal) I’ve been on all the heart medications including riveroxaban with no real problems from the medications. I now have reduced ejection fraction

Travelling with Afib
Hello all. I've had 3 episodes of paroxysmal afib, each time reverting back to sinus rythym in a few hours. I've had a normal 24hr monitor and echocardiogram, but I do have pre-existing CAD with 5 stents. Since the 1st episode I've taken edoxoban and my bisoprolol has been increased from 5mg to 6.25mg

Afib and cholesterol
Have any of you been put on statins just because you have Afib ? As you all know I had my ablation last November and recently had my bloods done and my cholesterol was 5.7 so I was told by the doctors receptionist that I have two choices I either book an appointment to see the nurse about it or I can

Food for Thought - In Canada I`ve had "tinnitus" since the 2nd jab of our recent "health recommendation". They say it`s a co-incidence? and at this point it doesn`t matter! Search for solutions! I`ve been doing a very successful experiment with a Wana (Quick CBN Midnight Berry gummie product) that

Itching all over
Does anyone else experience itching, with
CKD
? I am on the cusp of stage 4. I read that the later stage you are in, the itching is worse. I see my provider in a little over a month. I am worried this itching could be a sign that my kidneys are worsening. Amy

Does anyone have experience of using this device and app to detect AF and has it proved useful? I am thinking of purchasing this but would like to know what other folk think of it. Only recently diagnosed and finding it very worrisome. Any advice would be appreciated.

AFIB, Besremi refused by insurance, and more
On December 1, I felt breathless, climbing stairs quickly and caring for my husband (who had open heart surgery in November). I felt like my heart was beating fast, and I was winded. But it got worse: My apple watch said I was in AFIB. AFIB??? I have no heart issues. I went to the emergency room

Is it ok to use CBD oil with Levothyroxine?
I have been given some CBD oil which I would like to try for anxiety during the particularly stressful time I am having. My dose of levo is 125 and I take it at about 4am and would try the CBD well away from that time. The internet is mixed as to if it s a good idea or not, although most sites seem
