I am 69 - so now I've been told I am stage 3 CKD. I have had all the typical symptoms (high BP, anemia, always freezing (i live in FL), gastro, low energy, ...) I am innodated with many suggestions on how to slow the progression with diet, suppliments, special tea....

Does anyone have any experience with Red Light Therapy helping to improve CKD? My 85 yr old father was diagnosed with Stage 3 CKD about 6 months ago.

For the last 10 years or so i have had several issues with with my health but just recently i have been told i have CKD and been put on a registar . I just wondering whether others are experiencing such issues . Is there a connection between thyroid problems and CKD?
