Is it ok to use CBD oil with Levothyroxine?

I have been given some CBD oil which I would like to try for anxiety during the particularly stressful time I am having.

My dose of levo is 125 and I take it at about 4am and would try the CBD well away from that time.

The internet is mixed as to if it s a good idea or not, although most sites seem to think it ok if not at the same time….however I’m not sure about advice from anyone without experience of Thyroid conditions !

I tried some. It ended up not feeling helpful for me. I didn't notice any impact on thyroid medicine. But others might.

I have taken CBD oil in the day time and found no issues. Can I ask you about your dental status if you are having nerve pains etc. My thyroid issues are very much linked to my teeth. Do you have any amalgam fillings and or root canal treated teeth?

Thank you for your reply. Yes I do have filled teeth and a root canal, but most people of my age in the UK have filled teeth. I understand some dentists were over enthusiastic with filling in the 60s.

Have you looked into the link between amalgams and root canals, just wondering. There is a tooth meridian chart - check the root canal and see if it is linked to the thyroid. Good luck with the CBD, its pretty harmless stuff really. x

ashwaganda tea is helpful. Magnesium with b6 is good and melatonin bought online very good 5mg. Used in Australia for adhd.

Some people use 5htp but others find it energising read low dose better 50mg.
