Looking for help with coming off aspirin & on to Xarelto
I've been diagnosed with possible atrial fibrillation. I've been taking a low dose (75mg) aspirin every night for about two weeks, seems to have helped me sleep as my heart doesn't thump. But my GP has prescribed Xarelto which I will start taking. However I read that aspirin can stay in your blood

ibs and chest pain
have had ibs for years now and get pain everyday then the anxiety kicks in and gives me chest pain. Had every scan known to man only to be told it’s just ibs, tried every medication and nothing works because the anxiety takes over anti anxiety medication and cbt does nothing to ease the pain.Doctor basically

Anxiety Meds in the UK
Morning. I’m over six months in on this FND journey and feel my symptoms are taking another dive. I’ve not been on meds for the last 4 months as I found the SSRI’s the doctor prescribed initially made me feel even worse in my head. I know that stress / noise / buzz in my brain has always been intense

Levo - am I worrying too much?
First, best wishes to all for Christmas and the New Year. I have been on Levo 100 for seven or so months now - the Accord brand. I got my new order by post about ten days ago and stupidly didn't open the parcel until Christmas day, when I needed to! They sent me Teva, so I have missed two days so far

Metoprol and arrythmias
Thanks first for all the comments in the past. I have long taken Toprol (now Metoprol in the last few weeks), 16 years, before I was diagnosed with Afib recently. And I noticed, through the years, that, say, ten minutes after taking it, I felt a very brief irregularity that then went away. Do any

Low heart rate while resting
Hey guys. I'm kinda worried about my resting heart rate. If I'm sitting or laying it can go as low as 48bpm, even in sitting. My range is mostly between 48 and 56/57. As soon as I get up my heart rate also jumps quickly and sometimes I get a bit dizzy for few seconds like you would normally get when

No treatment offered for A F
I rang a friend last night who has had permanent AF for about 6 years. She's now 83 and lives in the Black Mountains in Wales. The only treatment she's ever had is warfarin , bisopralol and something else she couldn't remember the name of. She's never been offered cardioversion, ablation or anything

Into the 2nd phase?
Hello Had PAF for over 11 years...11 days ago I flipped into AF and haven't really been out of it much. Was taking PIP bisoprolol which slowed it down to an ok level...it used to fix it so I'd return to NSR. Not this time. A few calls to the Arrythmia nurses and they call me into their clinic. Sent
