I was wondering if any of you use Cbd oil or the gummies to help with symptoms? I haven’t tried it myself but have been hearing it may help.

CBD oil & Gummies are they effective?
I've tried the oil, not the gummies, and the oil was very helpful in certain ways. But it won't help everything because you can only replace a hormone with a hormone, not a herb.
I suspect the answer to your question is going to be a very individual thing. In other words, it works for some people, some symptoms etc. but not everyone finds it beneficial.

I tried the oral drops and didnt really find it helpful. I was hoping it would help with sleep but I dont think it made much, if any difference. I tried it for about 2-3 months to give it a fair trial. I think its very pricey, which is something to consider.
I’ve been using the strongest trip drops recently and found they really help my anxiety. It may be a placebo but either way I feel calmer in the day and that’s all that matters for me. I have found I sleep a little better too. I wanna get their sleep ones next as they’re even stronger but only intended for use at night. I also wanna try melatonin patches next as I’ve heard they can help.
I was sent this through Medscape last week and it may just provide a word of caution... medscape.com/viewarticle/98...
I have tried CBD oil in the past for my arthritis in the hip, but didn't find it that effective... Still needed other pain relief.
