Weird chest...
I had been training for a marathon and was noticing after each long run (26km+) I was getting a strange feeling in my chest when I was in certain awkward positions, but quickly went away. After each run it was getting worse (even after 5km...) and this sensation was not going away. For about a month

Almost three weeks post ablation - SOB
I am 2.5 weeks post ablation. I had two AFIB episodes in the hospital the night of the ablation and since then just had a raised heart rate a couple times lasting for less than 30 minutes. But I feel so short of breath. They did a chest x-ray last Friday and no fluid or infection. Doctor said it

Chronic chest pain that won't go away
I have been having chest pain since I did a colonoscopy in early May 2017. For the chest pain, a cardio doctor did all kinds of heart tests (ekg, echo test, stress test (with and without the dye), heart CT scan and two chest x-rays). The only things that were found was minimal pulmonary and triscupid

How long does the Combined Pill take to work?
I remember with
Cilest
I felt improvements rapidly but have not felt improvements in my pelvic pain since starting Yasmin. How long do you realistically need to give the COCP before thinking "this is not the one for me".

Blood test finds cancer before symptoms start
The article below discusses the possibility of blood tests being used to detect various cancers, including ovarian cancer. Any thoughts on what this could mean? It certainly appears to be promising. ________________________________________________________________________________________ "Researchers

Some promising news in the article below about the possibility of detecting breast cancer symptoms before symptoms appear. Thoughts? Pneumonia Recovery
Hi, I had pneumonia in my left lung last December when I was 32 weeks pregnant and was hospitalised for a few days. It took about 8 weeks of coughing up phlegm before it went. As soon as I get a cold now it goes straight to it. Have had a couple of chest infections and my doc is reluctant to put me on

My Journey
My journey started in November 2012. I had surgery for diverticulitis, the surgeon had to remove about 6 inches of my large intestine because it was twisted. One of his inside stitches let go so 5 days later my temperature was over 103, I was septic. Emergency surgery, a few more days in the hospital
