Advice-has anyone done a FET with a HCG injection after transfer to aid implantation?
Hey lovely ladies, I have recently read about hcg injections being used to help the endometrium to communicate with blastocyst once tranferred? In natural reproduction we start secreting small amounts of this to help this process, with IVF this can sometimes be lost so HCG is used after to help the

Pre-clinical Expression of MPN?
Question for you all, I was catching up with my cardiologist yesterday as I had an MI (heart attack) 4 yrs ago. Back then we can see that my blood numbers were normal and he assumed at the time that the cause was a vasospasm (only 20-30% plaque was found during an angiogram). The question he posed

10dp5dt - SENSITIVE - home test
We’ve never actually had a positive home test so when we did this mornings it seemed a little surreal. It showed straight away too! No having to wait the 3 minutes! 🎉🎉 Another bloods test tomorrow to hopefully see my HCG double 🤞🏼

Here is an opinion from my CLL expert doctor copied from https://groups.io/g/CLLSLL/message/30481?reply=1 with permission from the writer Richard Furman MD [i] Date: Thu, 26 Nov 2020 12:51:33 EST We don't know if they are effective nor whether there will be unanticipated side effects in CLL patients

STRUGGLING WITH MAGNESIUM - any advice??
I have been using magnesium chloride for about 4-5 weeks now and while I like it in principle, I don't like the sticky feeling on my body and am never sure how much of it I am getting. I have tried both magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate, but I suffer from very low stomach acid and every time

Revisiting Ibrutinib , but then no Venetoclax?
I am a decade into the CLL journey with non mutated 11q deletion - woohoo! I went through FCR in 2014 and am now relapsing, so gearing up for the next round ... As I noted a couple of months ago here in the UK, I was told that if that: 1. if I start with Ibrutinib s my second line treatment, I cannot

85 year old not coping with nor responding to treatment
Hi, I am new. My Dad has CLL which has just become symptomatic after 5 years. He has had 3 treatments of Obinutuzimab and Chlorambucil , the first one made him so ill he was rushed to ICU. Now he seems to have hemalosis, as his RBC is very low at 70 and will not increase even after 8 blood transfusions

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy...
I just read about a trial of volunteers in Israel who took hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for 3 months, and the results were apparently nothing less than extraordinary in reversing the ageing process. I then briefly checked the internet and found that dating back

Do you ever feel that no one understands?
Yes, I have Fibro. Yes, I have migraines. Yes, I have Tinnitus. I've had all of this for years and years and I can't but help mention it from time to time as sometimes it just all gets too much! But do you ever feel that no one understands? I do! I feel that they think I've always got something wrong

Day 9- HCG trigger shot
Hey guys, just another quick update. I've been in a tizzy the last couple of days. When I was getting my medications, they told me not to get my Lupron trigger yet because it's only good for 14 days, after which you have to discard it, used or unused. Fast forward, after my weekend baseline ultrasound

Failed pregnancy
So I had my 6 week scan on Sunday and they couldn’t find the sac. My HCG levels are dropping. Looks like the embryo stopped growing. I’m so gutted it didn’t work out this time. It was our first fresh transfer, so I feel lucky we got a positive. It was my first ever positive result. We have been trying
