I’m 5 weeks pregnant today, Sunday morning I started having intense stomach cramps low in my stomach almost the same as period which continued until Tuesday at this point no bleed. I had a hcg Tuesday which would have made me 14dp5dt (fet) my level come back at 808 but literally as they put the phone

My theory; High dose melatonin increases glutamate Excitotoxicity which is a primary cause of neurodegeneration in PD
(Editing to add; I want to be wrong about this! I likely am wrong. But given the importance, it is worth confirming. ) This is my THEORY backed up by what I am researching. I will post more on this as soon as I compile more information. I think this is so urgent that I am putting this out now. The

Progesterone dropped. Should I be worried?
Hi guys!! I finally have my pregnancy and Im at five weeks. I just got bloodwork done and my hcg is at 6,000 (rounded down) and my progesterone at 26; however, my progesterone six days ago was 37. I do t have anymore bloodwork and my first scan will be in two weeks. Should I be worried about this drop

Good hcg, low progesterone on 12dp5dt. Anyone has ever experienced ?
Hi, I had my test done today and got positive with hcg 335 ! ( 12dp5dt) I have tested also progesterone and estrogene levels since I had miscarried history ( 2 chemical actually ) and my progesterone was 9.2. I am on injections twice a day 25ml (progesterone dex) since our frozen transfer. Is this

Severe Headache Onset with Air Travel
Been on prednisone for nearly 8 years and now at low dose of 3mg/day. Still have morning/evening stiffness and aches and pains. Recently had to take an airplane trip and with that came the onset of the worse headache in my life. Took about 2 days to fully subside to a more manageable level but for

Cellular and humoral immune response to SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines in patients treated with either Ibrutinib or Rituximab
For more than a year we have been reminding each other that even if we don't produce antibodies in response to covid vaccination, we may still produce a cellular response, that is a response that puts our T-cells on guard to fight a covid infection. The study cited below provides data to back up

Am I seeing things? 4dp5dt
Hi all. I had 2 embryos fresh transferred on Wednesday. I know I’m testing waaaay too early but I’m positive there’s a faint line there. I’m also hoping it’s not left over hcg from my ovitrelle on 8th June. Does the ovitrelle stay in your system this long?

High HCG at 5 weeks but only gestational sac on ultrasound
I had a frozen embryo transfer on 5/31/2022. Started getting positive tests starting 4dp5dt. First beta level was 306 on 9dp5dt, then 2500 13dp5dt, and most recently 11000(!!!) on 16pd5dt. Had first ultrasound done at exactly 5 weeks (clinic wanted it). At that time, beta was 11000 as noted above. They

Low HCG 10dp5dt - still hope?
Hi ladies, Writing here in the hopes that there might be some success stories out there or at least some advice. First beta 10 days after frozen blastocyst transfer was 30 only, but HPT test today (day 11 ) looks darker. Doc ordered another beta on Monday (day 13). Do we have any hope or is this a chemical

Miscarriage and next transfer
Hi all, So had a scan on the 7th on what should have been 7.5 weeks, a sac was there but nothing else. My clinic abroad was never optimistic right from the beginning due to low first hcg (112). Anyway the sonography said that since sac had grown they cannot diagnose as miscarriage until they scan again

Evusheld shots - What now?
I just had the two Evusheld shots this week. I had CLL for several years and last November completed a 15 month clinical trial (041702) with Ibrutinib, Obinituzumab and Venetoclax. Happily, at the end I was declared uMRD. I have had 3 Pfizer shots and then a Moderna a month ago. None of these generated

Bleeding continues 😩
Morning lovely people! Sorry me again. The reassurance of a scan doesn’t last long does it?? The bleed and then spotting from the weekend had stopped and we saw a heartbeat at Mondays scan. This morning woke up with lower back ache and cramps again. Had fresh red blood when I went to the loo and wiped

Unusual results on standard differential -- would love feedback (and, if possible, reassurance?)
Hey, all, yesterday I was a bit shaken by results that were, for me, unusual, coinciding with the most clipped doctor visit ever had, so left full of unanswered questions. My lymphs had gone quite up (okay, that's CLL progressing) and WBD went well up too (okay, CLL progressing) BUT, neutrophils, which

Hey my lovely ladies hope you are all and happy! As most of you know I had another loss last month... So after stopping all the meds I started bleeding 21st of May and was quite a significant bleed for over a week and the spotting and old blood for another week. I did an HCG blood test on the 30th of
