I did something to my knee on 22nd Sept which, for a couple of weeks was very painful. However i used a knee support until the pain was non existent walking the dog. I started C25k and not had any problems or pain when jogging. However as I am still having a problem walking down steps if more than one

Burning, buzzing muscles!
Does anyone get this, I get it a lot, but, just lately I wake in the night with my neck, shoulders, back and some times legs feeling like they are tingling big time to the point of burning or buzzing. My jaw and my teeth hurt too as I clench a lot in the night. It doesn't happen all the time, but when

What would you do?
Hey guys hope you’re all well and good. I’m researching my latest and greatest problem and am interested in your opinions, knowledge or first hand experience would be fantastic. Besides my laundry list of respiratory issues I’m left hemiplegic from stroke in 90, due to this I’ve overused the right side

New to this forum, but not HealthUnlocked, terrible neck pain/stiffness and headaches
I tried physio,
chiropractic
, acupuncture with no success. In fact it was the acupuncturist that suggested I have my thyroid tested.

Not what I'd planned
So the week before last was my reset week. Nothing too much to write about – just three enjoyable runs of 4k and 5k without pushing myself. Last Monday was a rest day with an overnight stay away for a work meeting and a very long Tuesday. Never mind, Wednesday was an early flight to Stockholm for a long

Pain = depression, sleep deprivation, and suicidal ideation
I have paid for
chiropractic
care, PT, massage, injections, MRI, and all meds out of pocket and am out of money. I am pretty much disabled: can't walk, sit, lie down, etc. Nothing has helped.

Is it PMR, or GCA or neither?
I've posted some background before about my OH's situation, but there's alot of us here, so I'm providing some background again before asking for advice/comments/. Sorry for the long post! My OH is 66, and had classic symptoms of PMR for three months, starting June 2018, - severe and debilitating bilateral

Another day
I started out today feeling like crying. It is my 6th day in a row of migraines. It's been months since I've had this many on a row. I usually get depressed by the second day. The only thing keeping my sanity together is therapy and these online support groups. Yesterday I was starting to feel a little

Cal/mag for pain relief?
About 12 years ago I broke some ribs, ruptured lumbar discs and contracted sciatica. Sciatica prevented me from walking 2 blocks from my parking space to my office the pain was unbelievable. Local chiropractor prescribed 1500mg/1000mg cal/mag. Said pain would be gone in about one week. It worked! Recently

Constant pain
I'm new to this. I've had general osteoarthritis since my 30s - I'm now 71. It started in my knees but for many years I've had it in my spine, hips and hands as well. I've also had sciatica since I was 19 and was originally prescribed anti-inflammatory drugs but this was changed to co-codamol when I

MS CoNfUsEd
I have been having symptoms of MS for over a year now. Tingling and numbness of the legs, hips, arms, burning of the left leg. I went to my chiropractor last summer-- 2017, and they said I should see my neurologist because it sounded more like MS than anything they could help me with. I had an EEG, MRIs

Sleeping position
Hi everyone 👋🏻 This may seem random but I’ve convinced myself that I am damaging my embryo by lying on my tummy. I naturally sleep on my front. Due to a bad shoulder I saw a chiropractor last year who told me to try and get out of the habit but that it would take at least 6 months to break the cycle

Neck/shoulder pain during 2ww
Had one embryo transferred on Saturday. Woke up Sunday morning with bad neck and shoulder pain. I have had similar pain before and went to a chiropractor for treatment which really helped. Do you think it will effect implantation if I go to see the chiropractor again so soon after transfer? I'm in agony

Does anyone take Magnesium? What dosage?
I have read that it helps with neck pain, and I am thinking of starting it to see if it will help my neck. Have been dealing with neck pain for many years now and see a chiropractor every 2 weeks. Jessie

Bio Identical Progesterone Cream: Week 2 Update
I thought I would give an update as to how I am getting on with using bio identical progesterone cream as a way to balance my estrogen dominance. More info about my situation in in my bio and the week 1 update. Week 2 has been a complete roller coaster. I had a few days of feeling the best I'd felt
