Does anyone get this, I get it a lot, but, just lately I wake in the night with my neck, shoulders, back and some times legs feeling like they are tingling big time to the point of burning or buzzing. My jaw and my teeth hurt too as I clench a lot in the night.
It doesn't happen all the time, but when does I lay there , can't get my breath, sweating, have to take a diazepam and try to calm down. I have worn a mouth guard to no avail.
A chiropractor told me once that if you clench your jaw in you sleep, you're also hunching your shoulders, and clenching your fists, so your whole body will be taut and that's why you wake. A good explanation, but it still scares me, why would I even be doing this in my sleep....mind you I am in a complete state all day so I suppose the mind doesn't forget!
Does anyone else get this?
