Chilblains - what to do?
I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to deal with
chilblains
on their toes? I know it’s not an issue created from running, but I have developed them for the first time (I have raynauds) in the last couple of days and they are stopping me for walking, let alone running!

Chilblains
Does anyone else suffer from
chilblains
? It is upsetting my running because my running shoes are tight because of the
chilblains
. I am using an over the counter product which helps.

Nail loss with Raynauds
Hi, I have Raynaud's and suffer with
chilblains
, mainly on my fingers. They lead to swollen, itchy, 'sausage' fingers which lasts for a few days.

Chilblains and CLL
I do have Renauds, but normally it's only when the weather is cold that I am affected, and not had
chilblains
since I was a nipper. I think they are
chilblains
!!

Hi, I’ve been feeling exhausted since Christmas and suffering with extreme cold and
chilblains
. I visited the GP Who took bloods and days the results are in range! I returned yesterday as I’m still not feeling well and was almost arguing with the nurse practitioner.

A Bit of Light Relief for people with Raynaud's or with bad circulation.
For this reason she asked if he’d mind putting a box of fish-fingers in her trolley for her and as he did so she said when she was younger she used to get
chilblains
. “Do you ever get
chilblains
?” she asked. He stopped what he was doing glanced around and then said, “I don’t think we stock them.

Chilblains or ulcers?
I’m getting lots of painful bumps on my hands/fingers at the moment (see photo). Are these chillblains or ulcers? I’m on sildenifil for my raynauds but wondering if I need to do something more?! I have a bad chillblain on my toe but using balmosa cream for this.

Cold feet
I changed from Warfarin to apixaban earlier this year and it makes a terrific difference to my fingers and toes - I currently have
chilblains
on both feet. I walk with my dog about 3-5 miles a day and wear boots designed for the snow and two pairs of gloves.

B12 deficient?
Two months ago I noticed my feet were burning (I thought it was
chilblains
initially) but this progressed to tingling which lasts all day and often wakes me at night.

Wondering about my poor toes (prone to
chilblains
) getting cold if I run in the rain 😂 Do runners just have to accept wet feet in this weather?

Tingling feet
A few weeks ago I thought I had
chilblains
as my feet were burning and red. That went away, but this morning I woke up with tingling feet and it's not going away. There's a chance I need my Levo (50mg) upping but does anyone have any ideas re. tingling extremities?

Not sure if my recent attacks of these blighters is anything to do with my stents and medication? I did use to get them before, but not this bad.....maybe it is just bad luck, has anyone else had problems after heart procedures or being on meds? I am now only on blood thinners and statins. Can't even

Does anyone have ideas what my many symptoms and health conditions may be or linked to as I am struggling to understand what’s wrong with me
My hands itch feel dry and it’s like I have
chilblains
. I have numbness in my face, feel so cold then hot and can’t regulate my body temperature. I can’t stand the light and noise. I have to have sunblock 24/7 as I can’t tolerate sunshine. I also have cognitive impairment, fatigue and memory loss.

I already have
chilblains
, frozen to the bones and sleeping for England I finally twigged that this was how I felt 12 years ago albeit it was much milder then So having spent the last few days reading everything I could I spoke with my GP Today as I’m already booked in for a TSH and T4 test and asked

Ice cold feet-Advice about socks please
From about October, my feet are either feezing cold from the Raynaud's (which causes pinful
chilblains
) or burning hot, swollen, red and painfully tingly from the EM. It is a real juggling act managing these extremes.

Torture treatment on the NHS!!
Ironically I develpoed 5
chilblains
on other toes within 24 hours of getting home clearly suggesting that the drug totally failed to improve vascular circulation in my toes!! I would never do it again. I would urge anyone else to think very carefully before submitting to it.
