I’m getting lots of painful bumps on my hands/fingers at the moment (see photo). Are these chillblains or ulcers? I’m on sildenifil for my raynauds but wondering if I need to do something more?! I have a bad chillblain on my toe but using balmosa cream for this.

Hello Dancing...sorry you’re getting this sort of manifestation, but: me too..in some ways, mine look like yours when mine are first starting up...i posted on HealthUnlocked recently with photos asking for comments about mine - both here on this forum & on my other forums.

They don't look like either the chilblains or ulcers that I have had, if they are tiny blisters they look more like a type of eczema.
