Diagnosed with Raynaud's 6/02/23 - help with toes please
My worry is that my painful toes aren't
chilblains
but the start of something else. Can anyone share any experiences or thoughts? Thank you x

So bad over last year that had constant
chilblains
on toes for a year (including during summer despite wearing socks, lowering water temp in shower) until I started LDN. Suspect LDN has modulated an immune system response and that
chilblains
are an immune related symptom.

Red painful sores on fingers
I first thought they were
chilblains
as I sometimes get them on my toes but when I went to my GP he said that they were likely due to an infection connected to the finger injury.

New to forum, Hi advice needed
Currently not on any medication, gp tried me on nifedipine but I just got awful
chilblains
and preferred numb hands so came off it. Having read other posts I'm very concerned that being told to ask my gp for immodium is not an acceptable response. Am I being overly critical.?

Third ablation, beta blocker change or something else?
This winter I really struggled with cold hands and feet, got
chilblains
and I already suffered with Reynolds before the Afib. After speaking to the nurses, we switched on the 27th Jan to a calcium beta blocker, Adizem 90mg slow release twice daily.

My ANA is 1:320 homogeneous, my double strand is negative ( 16) however I have rash especially after sun exposure, Raynaurds, freezing cold all the time,

Thank you for this wonderful forum
But after having my two kids in the last 7 years it felt like a whole different beast… Then came the migraines, dizziness, vision blurring, mouth sores,
chilblains
, all things I chalked up to being an exhausted mom of little ones.

Poor Circulation- does anyone else have this issue?
For the last two winters I have had problems with
chilblains
despite buying warm socks, sheepskins insoles for my shoes/boots and a variety of warm gloves.

Feeling a bit lost and apprehensive
So, over the last month or so I've been waking up with stiff and sore hands and feet, especially the fingers and toes, the stiffness seems to work off after an hour or so and the pain ranges from itchy/scratchy pain like
chilblains
to sharper shooting pains especially in the fingers when typing.

Raynaulds/Chilblains? Something else?
When I was diagnosed with PA 3 months ago I had swelling of my fingers & hand which has now moved to the other hand. I was given a course of AB's whilst waiting for blood results just incase I had an infection. I have burn like blisters & swelling around the joints & my skin is extremely dry causing

Could this be scleroderma? What should I ask from my GP?
Some ‘sores’ then appeared at the joints and tips, and I sent a photo to my GP surgery (no face to face appointments just now) who diagnosed
chilblains
- which seemed odd as I hadn’t been out in the cold, and I’ve never had anything like this before.

Does anyone know how to get rid of really horrible
chilblains
that have turned in to blisters? I get them every year but not this bad as this is the first time in about 8 years that I haven't had iloprost.

They're like
chilblains
really, but accompany the swollen, stiff fingers. Is this a common symptom? Thank you

Chilblains - what to do?
I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to deal with
chilblains
on their toes? I know it’s not an issue created from running, but I have developed them for the first time (I have raynauds) in the last couple of days and they are stopping me for walking, let alone running!

Does anyone else suffer from
chilblains
? It is upsetting my running because my running shoes are tight because of the
