FEET!
I usually get painful swellings on the soles of my feet, have bad circulation and get
chilblains
in the winter, since using these i have seen a massive improvement and have a lot less pain in my feet now. They are also meant to help with fatigue.

Lupus Chilblains for Christmas!
Just out of curiosity I was wondering if anyone has these horrid Lupus
Chilblains
? I have them quite badly at the moment and they hurt when I walk. My Dermatologist has told me they are 'Lupus
Chilblains
' and I never realised before that they had been anything to do with Lupus.

‘Feeling the Cold’ Survey
The cold is more than a nuisance for sufferers of Raynaud’s and
chilblains
so Avicenna (who own Balmosa chilblain cream) have produced a survey to find out how people are affected and cope with the conditions. The feedback will be collected with a short online feedback form.

My first blog
Three months of having Raynaud's that doesn't cause so much pain, or limit the use of my hands, or make me feel so unbareably tired, doesnt cause really bad
chilblains
and being able to do all the activiities I want to do (yes I will still need some really light gloves when it gets below around 19 degrees
